Nothing really to complain about. Note there is no lift in the building. We were given one set of keys (also needed to "unlock" electricity in the room) so it kind of complicates the logistics if one person needs to go out and the other to stay in.

Very good location and great host. Spacious room with a decent a/c, small fridge and a kettle. A short walk from the station (no need to climb!), bus stops and the marina. Local restaurants in the nearby. Not too noisy. Good wifi.

There is nothing to dislike. But an improvement suggestion could be to add some small chairs plus table by the window.

Perfect place to stay in Cagliari, loved it! Location is the best possible, yet quiet. Everything you need and spacious, clean with comfortable bed. Plus such a nice host, Michele, helped us to store our luggage so we could enjoy our last day to the fullest.

Wifi was very weak (room # 1) as quite distant from Wifi source. OK in the hallway.

Great location in the historic center with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, and yet very quiet room (giving on the inner courtyard, not on the side of the street). Large bed, AC working fine. Small fridge available.

There is really nothing that I would complain about.

The location is superb. Very central. Close to the train station and all the attractions. The room is very spacious and very cozy. The host is very friendly and super helpful. You feel very welcomed. It is a great value of money.

About the only time I could connect with the wifi was when the host was on the property. Otherwise, it did not show up on my phone. On a very minor note, a nearby restaurant would dump empty bottles into recycling that was very loud. But it didn’t disrupt my sleep. It was just a bit startling the first time.

The bed was absolutely the most comfortable on this trip. The extra blanket was heavy, just how I like. The air conditioner was very effective. I love a warm bed in a cool room. This situation was perfect.

I would only add that maybe an extra pillow would be good! (we were two and there was only one). Other than that, all great.

We loved this accommodation. Location is super central, in a street full of restaurants (but it's not noisy at all). Bed is very comfortable, the sheets are greeeeeat. The room is big and spacious, and super clean. Michele is an excellent host, he was very kind and always willing to help. If I ever come back to Cagliari, I will definitely come back to this place. Grazie!

Nice well equiped room, easy self check in. The location is worth mentioning, it's few minutes walk from main train station and the sea, all cafes are just right out the door.

Few small things - ran out of toilet paper, had nowhere to hang wet clothes/towels to dry, sometimes the bathroom would smell like cooked food from the restaurant below.

The bed was a bit hard for me but it is something other people might like.

The host and the location are perfect. I was in the room just 50 mins after my plane landed. Very smooth communication with the host who contacted me shortly before my stay. From the place it is very easy to walk to main sights. Train and bus stations are also at a short walking distance. The roomhad windows facing the yard which means it was quiet at night which I appreciated. The place feels very clean. In the vicinity there are many restaurants and cafés to choose from. I am glad I stayed here.

Accommodation has an excellent location in the center. It is very clean and well equipped. The landlord was waiting for us late in the night and on departure allowed us to store luggage outside the room. He was very friendly and provided us with a lot of information.

Hong and Vittorio are a friendly and supportive beautiful couple . you can enjoy your stay in their clean and cozy accommodation which is situated in a nice street full of good bars and restaurants in the heart of Cagliari . their attention to details is noticeable . certainly will go back there again .

It is quite noisy so sleeping is possible only with the closed windows.

Meeting with the host was easy. She is a very nice lady who makes a lot of good advice. The room is pretty big and comfortable. The location is the heart of the center.
