Very central. Clean and staff very friendly. Good breakfast choice. Nicole at the reception is amazing. She will go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. Alam in the restaurant outside is great. Running around and making sure you are served in a timely manner- always with a smile!

Although it had sircon, we couldnt get it to work but we didnt bother reception. The floor above was noisy being heavy footed and moving furniture. Water temperature was tricky to get right. No english channel. Room was a bit dark as we couldnt open one set of shutters. No coffee in the room, only tea

Great location off the main square and near the lake. Large room, lots of towels, toiletries, fridge snd kettle. Good selection for breakfast. 24hr reception meant we could arrive on a late flight and train

Our bedroom overlooks a court yard which was very loud in the evenings with diners until the restaurant closes.

Central location with easy access to ferries and train station. Good base for exploring the areas in the south of Lake Garda.

No view to speak of but there was good light coming from two exposures. No other complaints.

Clean and comfortable. Located in the center of Desenzano's tourist area. Easy walk to restaurants, lake beaches and ferries. 15 minute walk from train station. Shower was refreshing The hotel has a wonderful trattoria and would recommend eating there. Front desk staff was very friendly both during checkin and checkout. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide selection catering to different national tastes.

The furniture was quite old, the room was pretty small and the lobby needs renovations.

Very clean, good breakfast, excellent coffee, very good position in the center of Desenzano. The staff was always very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms were renovated, clean bathroom, the cleaning lady cleaned the room and changed the towels daily.

Bruno the manager, very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous little breakfast restaurant. Beautiful restaurant attached to hotel which we only found for a late night drink but wished we had found earlier for dinner as it was very busy, with a wonderful ambience...nice bar too! Rooms are clean and comfortable although a tea and coffee making facility would have been good. All in all a great little hotel in a superb location . Will definitely return

We had a small hitch with no hot water … they didn’t know how long it would take. Offered to upgrade us. Amazing room! Actually more like a small apartment. We decided to wait a bit as the upgrade was in an older part of the building with no elevator. Bottom line - the water was back on in an hour.

Great stay. Breakfast was a complete spread. Bruno & family made us feel very welcome.

Very small room, where you couldn’t leave your suitcase anywhere. The room felt more like an attic than an actual room with two small windows.

Lovely breakfast and equally lovely and helpful staff. The location was spot on, very close to all the shopping and eateries you could wish for.

Room was large but basic. Electric Sockets in the room are the 3 small pins type. None of our adapters worked and had to purchase a new adapter locally

All the staff made us feel very welcome, in the hotel and eateries. Food was great and plenty of variety. We stayed over a very busy weekend but the hotel and restaurant are quietly tucked away in a lane way but still close to all entertainment and shops and the beautiful lake.

Great place. Were upgraded to an apartment in the premises. Great location in one of the lovely small streets full of outdoor restaurants and small shops. Very helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay here. Intimate atmosphere.

Very welcoming staff, Oscar and Sarah were very nice. Pleasant and good room, new electronics and plumbing very pleased. Fairly good breakfast and delicious coffee. On the ground floor there is an excellent restaurant, although with a small selection of dishes, but with a huge selection of wine. The room was clean. Excellent location with restaurants and ferry terminal nearby.
