Behind the second (cheaper) building there is a train line which makes a lot of noise, also in the night. After spending first night I asked Marco for another room and he didn't hesitate to change it where we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The best service I've ever had! Marco and his family made our stay unforgettable, they put so much attention to each guest and do really care about you. We got free welcome drink with snacks as well as detailed information about the city, it's activities, beaches etc. If I ever come back to Rimini I will definitely stay here again!

We loved the breakfast. There was gluten free options available upon request. For meat and sugar eaters far more choices but I had many vegetables/fruits and beautiful choices of cheese. It was worth writing to Marco before to request gluten free. The rooms were clean and nice The staff, especially Marco, the owner, were exceptional, very helpful with all requests - so helpful. I feel grateful and I am thanking for help with special pillows and charger, and beautiful cappuccino every morning 🌅 Thank you!

Marco is a great host who is friendly and makes you feel very welcome. The location is perfect, near the beach and restaurants. Our room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic with so many fresh options. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect

Everything. I will recommend this cozy hotel to all my friends that want to visit Rimini. Marco is amazing human being, who does his best so you feel good during your holiday. I was really touched that he remembered that I cannot eat gluten and prepared gluten free box for me :) Great location of the hotel. Near to metro and bus stop that can get you to the centre when you can take a train to Ravenna, Bologna and other great places worth to visit or take a bus to San Marino (we’re in love with that place). Breakfasts were great. Fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, coffee, tea, bacon and home made cakes (my husband said they were delicious). And - what is always very important to me - the cleanliness of the hotel - they keep very high standard :D We spend lovely time in Alessi hotel. I think some of my friends and family will choose it also when they need to stay in Rimini :)

The staff was incredible welcoming and helpful. First when we came in the hotel, Marko explain to us all about Rimini, give as discounts for some restorants. Also, my girlfriend has a allergic reaction and he help us and drives as in Hospital. The whole staff is incredible. The food was delicious, everything is well organized. I highly recommend this Hotel and I'll definitely come back! The hotel looks like 5 stars hotel!

This might be the best costumer experience I've had. Marco is simply amazing, the communication was flawless, he accommodated all of our requests and gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and things to see/do. If we go back to Rimini we'll stay here again. The breakfast was abundant and varied. The room was clean with a nice balcony. Great value for money.

our room was quite small, but had a tiny nice balcony. There was some unpleasant smell of sewerage in the bathroom, but I believe it’s because of recent flooding in the area. Also you can hear the trains nearby, but the sound is not too disturbing.

It is a small family hotel that is very cozy and has everything you need for a great vacation in Rimini. 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. 20-30 minutes walk to the city center. The owner Marco was very kind and helpful. We had incredibly tasty croissants and coffee at breakfast.

During my life, I had more than 100 abroad trips, but I never felt more respected and welcomed than in this hotel. I'm sure that Marco is the best host that I ever met. Marco know how to make you to feel very comfortable. The hosts are very professional, they are always smiling and ready to help you with anything you need. The breakfast was awesome, here I ate together with my girlfriend the best cheesecake with forest fruits. The hotel is a family business, and when you enter in the hotel, you will feel that you are a part of this family.

If you want to feel like visiting your relatives - go to hotel Alessi! The staff is VERY friendly and polite. They will give you directions, advices and you can ask what you want - you always receive an answer. Rooms are simple, but clean (every day rooms are cleaned) and have air-condition, which is a must in such hot countries :) Excellent brakfast! Sweet and salty - you can choose what you want. Only 2 Min by feet to the beach (you receive discount from Hotel owner) only 1 Min walk from main tourist street and only 2min from bus (Metromare) which will take you to the old city centre (only 3 bus stops) Everything is near, but the Hotel itself is in quiet area, so you can enjoy your resting after a whole day. They also have bikes to borrow! It was one of my greatest hotel stays on vacation. Reception is also 24h what ist very helpful, when you come late.

You could sometimes hear the trains driving on the nearby railway, although it did not bother us that much.

Extremely friendly and welcoming owner who was always very helpful. Even though we had economy room, there was everything we needed (comfy bed, balcony, perfectly working air conditioning... ) and also the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious and there were various choices including cakes, cookies, pancakes, yoghurts etc. that you would expect at Italian breakfast, but also fruit, vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and more to satisfy people coming from the rest of Europe. Through the day there was always someone at the bar where you could get drinks at lower price than anywhere in the city. Amazing position near the beach but also near the railway and metromare station.

The very first impression is how nice, polite and helpful is the staff, especially the owner Marco. Hotel is very near to the beach. The room was cleaned every day. Lovely and late breakfast (till 11:00) with fresh food. Totally reccomended.

The rooms were bit smaller than our expectations.

The owner Marco welcomed us as friends. The hotel is located very close to the beach. A discount can be used for the rental of umbrellas and sunbeds. Breakfast is included in the price, and there is quite a large selection. Free bicycles can be used, we decided to try to them out and were left very satisfied. I recommend a visit to Acquario di Cattolica, especially interesting for small children.

We are very pleased with our stay in Hotel Alessi. From the first moment we felt very welcomed at the hotel, Marco was very friendly, smiling, helpful and always ready to answer our questions. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food offered (salty and sweet, fruits, cereals, coffee, tea...) Room was cozy with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The Beach was very near the hotel, also the "main street" with a lot of shops and restaurants. There is a possibility to go on some trips nearby. We hope to come back in the future :)
