Communication with host wasn't great and apartment was quite warm.

Apartment was beautifully furnished, bed was large and comfortable. We benefitted from a rear room so was quiet at night. Great central location easy walking distance to all of the main squares.

I only have objections to the check-in procedure and the mechanism of entering the place - it's quite unclear at the beginning and is completely based on Internet connection to open all the doors. There's probably no alternative way to enter when you have no Internet or your phone is for any reason unavailable.

The apartment is clean, spacy, well equipped with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, big, modern bathroom, functional kitchen. I like the fact that there were a lot of towels available for guests. Location is fine, very near to the city center. I have to admit that it satisfied all my expectations, no important thing was missing. It's just great.

It is not specified that the apartment is inside a bigger apartment where there are around 6 or more apartments.

The AC REALLY struggled to cool the room. Although to be fair, it was during the Cerberus heat wave. Also the location was very noisy. But it was also a fun location and my 19 year old loved it bc there were bands and people in the piazza until late every night! The noise was easy enough to cancel out with earbuds anyway.

Getting into the building was through the ViKey app. However, my data didn't work at all and my son's was sporadic, hence difficult to use the app. I would have much preferred an old-fashioned key.

The check in information wasn't clear and we ended up doing it all whilst outside the apartment which wasn't good in the heat.

The apartment could benefit from more household necessities - for example, there was no spatula, or coat hangers in the wardrobe, and no spare towels (we stayed over a week). At night, the street was quite loud which was tricky as the windows were not very sound proof.

The host had poor communication skills. We asked to leave our bags earlier (which it was understandable that we weren’t able to), but he said he would let us know when we could. He never did. I also emailed him weeks and days ahead to ask questions. Not once did he respond to my specific questions. Instead, he just send other messages that weren’t relevant to my questions.

It was beautiful inside.

The noice during the night (mid week and weekends) kept us awake until the early hours of the morning as there are two or three all night bars below. We stayed for a few nights and needed new towels, bedding and tea towel.

The proximity to restaurants and bars was great. The decor was nice and functional. The room was clean and tidy. The staff sent us all of the details and instructions ahead of time and we’re quick at replying.

very small issues. mostly a great place where I would stay again. for some, it could be a bit far from downtown and train station. the electronic door was great but sometimes took a while to work, especially for the main outside door.

the pictures they use for booking is much nicer than the actual room they assigned to us. I was a little bit disappointed for the room I got since it is not the same in the picture. per picture, there are two beds in the room. however, they only gave us the room with only one bed.

Had to wait for nearly an hour to gain access as rep was delayed. Was initially told luggage storage was available, on arrival it obviously wasn't.

The location was great and the hosts were really nice. The apartment was perfect and felt safe as a solo traveler. I would definitely recommend it. The wifi can be a bit temperamental if you're going to be relying on it, and the walls are quite thin so it can be a little noisy if that will bother you but. Overall a lovely place though.

This accommodation experience was a complete fiasco. The address of the property on Booking is wrong. We tried to explain the situation to the host who did not speak English and after an hour it turned out that the address was wrong. Then they told us the correct address. Just when we went to the new address, we received a message that there was a confusion and therefore we were directed to a new house. We went to the new address with our suitcases in our hands. We entered the house with the key left on the electrical panel at the entrance of the house. Everything was very sloppy. It was also a bad house very different from the house in the photos. The facility charged us a 100 Euro deposit fee beforehand. We had paid this fee for the house in the photos, and now they still have not refunded our deposit. They answer my messages carelessly nonsense. I definitely do not recommend it. I have stayed in many different locations, but I have not encountered a facility that does its job so badly.

It was the most horrible experience we ever had!!!!!!!!!!! Even that we travel a lot. Check - in instructions, were not clear, nobody wants to explain it. They did not let us left baggage for few hours before check-in (first time in our experience ever). Host was absolutely unprofessional, unpolite and rude. It is an appropriate behavior for host. I wanted to go away right now, but it was to0 late and we were too tired. He spoiled all our feelings about Florence!!

We were unable to find laundry facilities even though they were mentioned as facilities on the listing. would have been nice to be able to control air conditioning temperature as it was rather hot during our stay.

everything was very clean and well kept. Host was nice and the room was in great order upon arrival. check in and check out we’re both easy and the host was accommodating.

The apartment was not what was portrayed in the pictures. It said there would be two twin beds and a sitting room with sofa bed. Thrte was no sitting room, but small kitchen with a futon. Upstairs was a double bed.There were many mosquitoes flying around. I wouldn't book for more than 2 people.

Although a bit far from the main area, it wasn't too far to walk.
