Giuseppe was extremely flexible (early check in; late check out). The flat was clean and the locaition is perfect on a silent area.The bed and sofa were comfortable. Kitchen is equipped. Highly recommend the place.

Alimarta is located near the historical centre of Monopoli, an ideal position to visit the old town and enjoying all views and amenities it can offer. Nearby there are both free and paying parking options, in case you visit with a car, as we did. It is very close to the docks where fishing boats arrive to deliver the fresh fish, sometimes selling it on the spot. One of the highlight of this staying were the owners: very kind and helpful.

The bathroom is small but it would be good to have some hooks for towels and small shelf to keep your own things. Bed was a bit noisy but its was OK.

The location is amazing. Everything is close because the apartment is located in the heart of the old town. Well equipped.

It was a best stay we have ever had in Italy! Giuseppe is dream host. He presented us a bottle of vine, some snacks and even the toys for our 1,5 years child! I didn’t expect such a warm welcoming and assistance. We can only thank for everything and looking forward to come back, strongly recommend for everyone!

Lovely place to stay with super hosts. The apartment was great - It had all the kitchen facilities and utensils that you would need, comfortable bed and good shower. The location was fantastic and right in the old town and minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and shops. The hosts were lovely. They met me on arrival and explained how everything worked etc. The hosts mainly communicated via text message and they were great for giving suggestions/advice on anything I wanted to know, and they were very kind in helping me with an accidental issue. Would recommend.

Our stay in Alimarta was perfect! Giuseppe is very kind and helpfull. He showed us everything and sent additional informations during all stay. Apartment is big, very clean and it has everything, what you want. Bed is very comfortable. For us the best thing in apartment were bikes - you can ride around all city. Price was very good, internet connection worked perfect. In our opinion, this apartment is the best place in all Monopoli!

Although it's located close to the city center, the street was really quiet. It was nice to sit outside with a glass of wine and with an amazing view of the church. It has everything you need.

From the very begining the host Giuseppe was very helpful and kind and very professional. Despite the problems resulting from the pandemic situation and the many changes, Giuseppe and his wife helped us a lot so that we could spend some wonderful days in Alimarta in Monopoli. The apartment exceeded our expectations, is perfectly equipped for an independent stay, is great located in beautiful and quite part of old Monopoli. Close to restaurants, bars, shops.. A gift was waiting for us on arrival. Bikes were privides free of charge. Great surprise too. Giuseppe and his wife helped with suggestions to see the best places in and around Monopoli. I am sure we will come back to Alimarta for a longer time.Grazie Giuseppe we had wonderful holiday !!!!
