Set in a classically beautiful building looking out to a central courtyard, the beds were comfortable, the showers clean with good water pressure and the little touches were exceptional.... netflix on a massive curved screen, books in English, coffee pods, biscuits, toiletries and even a Nintendo supplied. It's fairly central, lots of nearby good restaurants and places to get yummy gelato mmm.. Luca let us in a little early and on leaving let us leave our bags in the apartment to pick up later.... allowing us to enjoy our last day without luggage ... Wonderful

Netflix was available but it was in Italian. Would be wise to keep it in English. Indoors have a sign to get your rubbish out, I mean is not hard but it shouldn't be mandatory

Location is the key. Like 10 minutes walk to coliseum and about 15 minutes to bus/train station. We got it super cheap. So price was more than excellent.

So great! Luca is a great host! he made sure he was at the apartment when we arrived to show us the amenities. He made check-ins during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. He was lovely and allowed us to store our bags at the apartment so we didn't have to walk around with them on our last day as our flight was in the evening. It was about 10 mins walk from the colosseum and easy to travel to any where else we wanted to go. I will definitely stay there again.

There were no extra garbage bags, toilet paper or napkins/paper towels

The local ion was great. The apartment was spacious and the wifi was fast.

Our flights was delayed for 2 hours. The owner said “ I can’t wait after 9 o’clock. Find another hotel near airport. See you tomorrow morning” Then, he cancelled our booking. We had to find another place to sleep late at night.

10 minutes walking to the Colloseo. Lots of on street parking and close to grocery stores. Locked away in a beautiful building behind beautiful carriage doors. It was peaceful and everything we needed was there. Umbrellas, picnic items and a coffee machine etc

I suggest this apartment! really good location if you want to see main historical objects in Rome.

Great location, 800m from Coliseum and metro is close as well. Near lot of restaurants, pizzerias etc. Apartments is very clean, safe and in apartments are all what you need for preparing breakfast/dinner.

Apartment was in a great location and only a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum. There was plenty of space for all of us and we felt we were in a safe area.

Nothing to complain about.

This lovely apartment was located really centrally and a few mins walk from the Colloseum and the Roman forum. Also, the metro line which takes you near main attractions is only a few mins away too. The place was spacious, quiet, well-furnished and equipped. The owner was very welcoming, attentive, and spoke great English. We would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a trip to Rome.
