Location is a bit hidden. Obnoxious and racist receptionist. Specifically the guy who looked like to be the owner. He has some issues with people from the Philippines. His attitude changed the moment he knew where I came from.

Cleanliness of the room. Secured parking. Refreshing body wash. Sky cable TV.

There was not much that we did not like. The bathroom was a little cramped in that the shower door and the bathroom door, it was either one or the other opened. But this is a small detail.

Continental breakfast was sufficient for our purposes. The location is extremely central and yet is in a quite area. The room was good enough for our requirements of jetting around the city.

It was absolutely OK. Especially if you just have to stay for one night if you have to take a train one day after your stay departing to Rome, Florence, Venice etc.

It was Ok .. typically Italian. That means brioche and hot coffee for breakfast.

Airconditioning not working well in first room we were given. But the host took special effort to allow us a room change.

Location is quiet side of town, yet within short walking distance to good restaurants and retail shops. Serves good breakfast. Friendly hosts

Baby cot and parking place were paid extra. Breakfast was simple and not supplemented often, hot beverages were just served. There were few misunderstandings while check-in regarding our room and equipment.

Comfortable bed and large shower was appreciated. The receptionist provided us with recommendations on restaurants and best gelato in the city.

Good location, parking on site was excellent. Our host Massimo was friendly and very helpful with advice on places to go and good restaurant recommendations.

The breakfast was OK, but plain, I would expect more. What we really didn't like that our room was under roof, it was dark and the air conditioning was not working properly so it got really hot and it was only May, not even that hot outside! We couldn't quite figure out the switches and corresponding lights so it took us a while to find the correct ones. The bathroom was quite small and between the tiles was mold :/ We would also appreciate glass for water in the room. In general you kinda manage for one night but I would not recommend for longer stay. That the receptionist was not very friendly was the provebial cherry on the top.

Nice accomodation, comfy pillows. It was possible to park bikes in the garage.

There were a couple of hot days but due to energy restrictions, they were not allowed to turn on the aircon. That made for a couple of sleepless nights but I assume it was beyond their control

The room was warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working, but we didn't ask to have it fixed because we were there for one night only. I'm sure they would have adjusted it for us.

Very nice and spacious modern room with large bath and refrigerator. A small family run hotel with characty. Very accommodating of our dogs. comfortable beds Great location in walking distance to town centre, delicious food at the restaurant, excellent breakfast, garage available on location

In the room #13 everything was damp and clammy. Unfortunately you have black mold in the bathroom! :(

I arrived very late at night. The receptionist helped me to park the car in their garage ( you need to take a car elevator). The hotel is ideally located. Breakfast was okay.

The man at the reception in the night and the man in the morning they weren't really nice. I already paid for the rooms in advance, but without checking it, he asked me to pay for the rooms again

There is no need to change all towels every day (we did not place them on the floor!), everybody can use a towels more than once (and does so at home). In 2022 - with respect of the water-crisis in North. Italy - this shows a kind of lack of ecological responsability.

Hotel was nice, rooms spacious and very calm (we had a room overlooking the inner yard) - breakfast better than the italian average (fresh fruits, selections of yoghurts and marmelades, juice, ham, cheese...)

Got up at 6:30, no way out. Every door locked. Later at 7 when the receptionist appeared an on my question if it is not mandatory to have emergency exits I got the Italian "eeh?" Another lesson learned: took a beer (0.6l) with me in the room. Admittedly it was good - paid 15 Euros. Always ask for the price!
