The rooms have a beautiful view, but they are small. Difficult to maneuver in the room with large suitcases.

The rooms are very pricey and there was scaffolding on the hotel while we were staying there which was right next to the balconies of the rooms. This kind of dampened the view once you actually made it onto the balcony.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the room had a really nice decor. They had a garage not far from the hotel which we could use to park out rental car (for a fee). The breakfast was really nice and was a real highlight for me personally along with the amazing staff.

The location was a bit far from the train & bus station. I wish we were informed earlier about the bus timings so that we can plan our trip properly.

Location is right at the lake , the town is very small but cute ! Viktoria who works at the reception was very attentive to us and we just had amazing weekend ! They offer breakfast in the room , which I really recommend

From the moment we arrived, the hotel manager Victoria provided us with exceptional hospitality by warmly welcoming us and accommodating our early check-in request, for which we were highly appreciative. The hotel itself is simply breathtaking, offering stunning views of the picturesque Como Lake that truly took our breath away. The beautiful decorations throughout the hotel added to its charm, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The peaceful and quiet environment, coupled with the impeccable cleanliness of the premises, further enhanced our stay and allowed us to relax and unwind effortlessly. Perfect location, right next to lake. Very helpful staff, especially Victoria, who sent all the information on WhatsApp (about location, check in, parking, and reserved table for the dinner). Restaurant was also really good and with very friendly staff. Room was very clean and cozy, and with balcony with the view of the lake. Best part was the tasty breakfast on balcony of our room. Service was better than some 5 star hotels, we are definitely coming back to this beautiful place.

Not a lot of places to eat and drink close by if you want to expand beyond the restaurant and cafe on site.

The facility is beautiful, serene and peaceful. The location is breathtaking with sunrise and sunset views of the lake. Breakfast delivered to your room and eaten on the balcony was lovely. Victoria provided exceptional service and welcome to the facility.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

We had such a wonderful anniversary trip here. During the early fall it’s beautiful, relaxing and peaceful! The staff was wonderful and so helpful! The restaurant is amazing, we ate here two nights and every single thing we tried was delicious. I recommend coming by car, but it was easy to get to town by bus. It’s a bit far out from the touristy towns, but that’s what we liked about it!

Free parking, breakfast was included and brought to room. Ferry was in front of hotel. Great restaurant if you don't want to drive and eat there. Good location, about 15 minutes from bellagio. Room was clean and comfy with great view. Cool meat and cheese van was there Saturday. On-site pub
