We really liked the hotel. Location was very convenient for the central station and all the tourist interests. Staff were super friendly. We've met 3 receptionists, all were very nice and offered very useful advices. The room was very spacious, beautiful romantic Venetian decor, equipped with kettle, tea and coffee, bed was super comfortable. Venice was just so pretty, we really enjoyed our holiday.

The room would have been easily able to have a fridge - which it didn't. I would have liked that. Also, the lack of screens meant we couldn't keep the windows open without worrying about mosquitos - and such beautiful windows should be open :) otherwise, perfect!

The room was beautiful and glamorous. The little garden is adorable and pleasant - i wish we'd had our breakfast there :) the staff were helpful and friendly - the breakfast staff especially were accommodating and kind. The street is cute and VERY close to the Stae street Alilliguna (water bus) stop.

The location is perfect, the staff super helpful, nice and smiling all the time. The room is clean, fancy and spacious. The breakfast was really good.

The breakfast room is a bit cramped but the staff do the best they can in the limited space.

Wonderful location right off a vaporetto stop that is less touristed but just a five minute walk from rialto bridge area. Spacious rooms with quaint furnishings and great breakfast.

Totally our own fault but we struggled to find the hotel. We knew we were very close but managed to walk right past it on both sides before eventually getting there.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a nice bathroom, not very big but we were only staying one night so was good for what we wanted. Very nice and quiet and just a very short walk to the water bus stop to/from the airport. Breakfast was excellent, great variety and plenty of it.

My stay was exceptional. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.

This was our best hotel stay in Italy. It is a beautiful traditional hotel in the heart of Venice. The room was tasteful, clean and extremely comfy with a lovely bathroom with great shower. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and courteous (thank you Grace). It is located within walking distance to all the sights and just 50m from the Vaporetto (bus Route 1 and couple of stops from the trainstation). It was very quiet at night and we slept like logs. Highly recommended.

The weather was unseasonably warm but the hotel had not yet changed over to A/C so the room was a little warm.

The hotel was well located, just a short distance from the water taxi stop. The area was quiet but close enought to the major sights. The hotel was clean, the bed large and comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

They have some piled stuff here and there, but nothing you can not live with.

Very good after all experience. The building is well maintained, everything is very clean and the room were very cozy. The location was amazing, 1 minute walking from the canal where you can get a water transport to go everywhere you need. And also you can walk around and get lost in this lovely city.

The pillows are very thin. There are a lot of standby lights in the bedroom, inevitable I guess but I had to cover them (hiding the phone under the bed ! Limited plant based options for breakfast.

Location is fantastic. The staff were great, particularly the women organising breakfast who were super smiley and friendly, absolutely charming. Breakfast was good but would have been nice to have a few more veggie/vegan savoury options.

Everything was fantastic. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast tasted great. The room was lovely and well equipped. The location was nice and quiet. Near enough to everything to walk everywhere (rail station, airport bus stop, St Mark's Square).

The breakfast tables were maybe a bit small for two people, but that wasn't a huge issue. The front door to the annexe was a bit stiff, but again, that wasn't a big deal.

The location was great in that it's near a water-bus stop and close enough to the main sights to walk, and the area was quiet both by day and night; there were also a few restaurants in the area. The hotel looked great, and the breakfast was a very welcome way to start the day; the breakfast staff were also lovely.

hot breakfast was little limited, cold scrambled or fried eggs but had normal continental breakfast, hot tea/coffee, cereal, fruit, cold meats etc...

Location was excellent, just a few steps from Stan Stare V ferry from airport one stop down from Rialto Bridge, we arrived at 1pm and the staff had our room ready which was fantastic, lovely big room with big bed, v nice, tea/coffee etc, mini fridge..

The location is very close to the Santa Lucia train station. We actually did not have to take the vaporetto to ge to the hotel, we just walked since it's very close. The check in was smooth and the reception staff took us personally to our room. Breakfast was simple but varied. It was an overall an amazing stay.

Leaving! we were sorry to say goodbye

The location is lovely, the hotel is comfortable and is great place to stay, but most all the staff were so welcoming and helpful - good old fashioned Italian hospitality at its very best: nothing was too much trouble, everyone was friendly and they made us feel at home.

The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and passionate on providing advice on on Venice. Convenient location: easy to reach with the Alilaguna ferry from the airport and is 50m from a Vaporetto stop on the Canal Grande. Less than a 10 min walk to Rialto. Plenty of restaurants in the area where locals would go to. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice large rooms. Dogs allowed to stay for free. Excellent value for money
