There needs to be an established parking option for customers. We eventually found a place to park, but it took time.

Not much, but we asked for a fix of our bathroom door and noone came even after reminders. However that was minor thing

Amazing place, right on the beach and main promenade on the other side. Personnel was great, food as well. We spent some time on the huge terrace watching the sunset 🙂

You are paying for the location. No parking facilities, Rooms were in average state. They forced us to a backyard ground floor room as we brought our little dog with us. This room was very claustrophobic. Not even enough natural light. Had to cut our stay short by a day as our dog was stressed out in that room and would not react. Had to take him to a vet 20 minutes away since dogs were not allowed anywhere in the beach. On hour fourth day I noticed a family with a big dog on second floor!!! Hotel even though in front of the beach did not have its own umbrella and sun beds. Had to spend extra 60 euros per day to get a space at the beach. Dinner at the hotel one evening. It took 1 hour 15 minutes to service food. A disorganised hotel overall. Don’t mention it’s a dog friendly hotel if we can’t get hour dog have a holiday with us.

Unfortunately not much. Some staff were friendly.

This is very far of a 3 star hotel which charges 135 euros per night. The room is basic , small and dark .it was one of the ground floor rooms , with no windows except the window doors which were also the entrance . Luckily the air conditioning worked pretty well and we could sleep with the door -window closed but we could still hear the people passing by during the night . I think these rooms should have a different rate from the other rooms of the upper floors that have balconies. They should also specify these details upon the booking process. The bathroom was small and the shelf under the mirror was missing ( probably broken and not replaced ). The fridge wasn’t working and on tv you could watch only 4 channels ( 3 german).the hotel is quite close to a free beach - very small and crowded during the weekend. They have a convention with a beach situated about 200 m away from the hotel where you can rent a chaise longue and an umbrella for 20 euros a day (15 half day). The hotel has also a private parking at 10 min walk distance.I have to say though that the staff was really kind and helpful especially the lady serving breakfast.
