The location was very good. The room and facilities were adequate and satisfactory. Cleaning was nice. Breakfast was very good. We thought the wine and snacks left in our room every day were treats (free ones) and so we ate them. However, we learned at the time of checking out that these were not free. Still, they offered these for free and did not charge any fee. This was a very kind and understanding approach. Thank you very much.

I want to congratulate this hotel, simply spectacular. The architecture of the building is incredible, strategically located in the city to be able to make your tourist visit to the place, the interior is wonderful, everything has been redesigned to give luxury, modernity, and elegance to a space that is simply pleasant. Thank you for your service; you have a gem in the middle of the Naples city.

Should have stayed in Napoli for another day or two.

Gianluca is a classy guy and he runs a very classy operation. Every detail has been thought over, the rooms are comfortable, well maintained and very well hosted. The location is truly the most central, next to Duomo metro and near the old town. Overall, this place is a "must visit", you will learn a lot about Napoli from Gianluca, he will set up a customised tour for you. There's no thinking, just go and stay with him and thank me later.

It’s a bit of a “escape room” to get to, but it adds to the character I suppose.

The accommodation is absolutely excellent and comes highly recommended. Our room was beautifully furnished and notably spacious compared to the average. The breakfast was very good, with freshly baked, typical Neapolitan pastries that I particularly enjoyed. The staff was very hospitable and collaborative, especially Angela, who made our breakfast experience delightful. It's impressive how large the staff is, considering the hotel's size (only six rooms), with almost always someone at reception, plus the cleaning staff. Watching a movie at night on the TV hidden in the bathroom mirror while taking a hot bath and sipping herbal tea was an unexpectedly pleasant experience, one I wouldn't have anticipated in a hotel of this price range!

Pump of the bathroom shower could have been more quiet. Now the sound of the pump in neighbor rooms was loud too. Luckily in use only short times.

One important factor in our choice was location. Breakfast was very good. Property was stylish in design and the quality of work was excellent. Nice for architects like us.

Everything! A small but perfectly formed hotel of 6 suites of varying sizes. This is the luxury version of a Bed and Breakfast situated in possibly the most convenient location in Naples (esp if arriving by train). The rooms are very luxurious, high-tech kit, gorgeous finish, coffee machine, kettle, glasses galore… mini bar, USB charging ports, a shower with three options for water flow… just yes yes yes to coming here again. I wasn’t expecting the little double balcony off our room but was thrilled that we could stand and watch the world go by. The hotel is situated right on the edge of the Historical Centre, dangerously close to some of Naples next Pizzerias. It is also on top of a metro station which makes for very easy access to the rest of the city as well as the Central station (1stop!) Breakfast is intimate, with some beautiful local pastries, a selection of fruit, hot food and cereals. Wonderful fresh coffee too.

The owner/manager Gianluca was very welcoming. He pointed out sights and places to eat on a map and made sure I felt comfortable. He also upgraded my room and the suite is AMAZING. Lovely bathtub with a bathroom mirror that can turn into a tv! The bed was big and comfortable. And the room is modern, clean, and just generally very impressive.

Construction site just across the street. But the windows are well insulated so you won't hear the noise.

A very luxurious room in an historic building at the heart of Naples. Walking distance to the duomo and other tourist attractions. Metro just down the stairs. The rooms are newly renovated in a modern italian style with lumious colors, soft velvet and cosy lounge furniture. Very kind owner who takes care of the apartment by himself.
