good location, bus number 6L to Venice bus station took 15-17 minutes, a ticket of 1.5 euros must be bought in advance because it is difficult to get nearby. Very helpful host, you can check in from 11 a.m. A nice place for budget tourists

Great location, just few steps from bus stop, shops and around 15 minutes walk from train station in Mestre. Very kind and supporting staff. Clean toilet with hot water in shower. Lot of place in the room with comfortable bed.

The location will not give you a Venice vibe at all, it’s in the very normal residential area.

Worth the price in Venice, it’s located on the other side of the bridge connecting the Venice which is very okay since you can reach there by a bus/tram which costs ~1 € something and is in front of the bus stop.

When I read Venice amazing house, I thought it was actually in Venice, but is not, is found in a town next to Venice which eventually can be reached on a bus running 2 minutes walking distance below the house.

I came not to sleep but for a long layover so I could visit Venice. The room I took looked like a student room and not like the one in the picture for sure. The host who greeted me was very kind. The property has a fridge and a microwave for the guest.

The owner was really kind, the place was okey, the position of the place was quite good, easy to reach. The price value ratio was very good.

The room was too humid and cold. There was no kitchen.

I got an upgrade! There was towel available and the room was spacious. The host gave me good advices.

You can hear neighbours opening and closing the doors (including the bathroom). In our case it wasn’t much big of a deal because we were always coming late, and going early. Also the neighbours were ok. But it could be a problem if you get a noisy company as neighbours.

Overall the experience was good. From the start it was challenging to find the place, but eventually we found. The host was great, he helped explaining how to get to Venice and what other good places were nearby. The number was good, it has a shared bathroom. For the money we paid, we cannot expect more. Everything went well.

There were no cups or kitchen stuff. We had to buy cups to have a tea in the evening. Only a fridge and a water boiler were available. The heater didn't work.

The building (which from the outside looks like a regular residental building, and houses several ‘guest houses’) sadly and loudly has ‘paper thin walls’, and I sure had some noisy neighbours, on the same floor and the floor above. (And the single room right next to the bathroom, and people showering at 1 am in the morning surely didn’t help either.)

The location (in Marghera) is good, served by a tram [T2, Mestre (Centre)/Marghera] and several buses [6/6L/…, Venezia Piazzale Roma], just around the corner. The host was great and helpful, and made me feel welcome at arrival. Overall pretty good value to price ratio, I guess. (A big and cheap room, near Venice.)
