The hosts were absolutely outstanding. Our flight was delayed, they arranged to meet us and take us there, and came back to help us when we couldn’t figure out the washing machine. They also accommodated our checkin and checkout times. You are in the heart of Catania, so be prepared to hear some noise on the weekend. But if you close up the apartment, and turn on the aircon/fan/ heater, the noise is well muted, so sleeping was fine. You are walking distance to so many restaurants, sights and shops. Great location.

It was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the small touches like sweets, coffee, and water were much appreciated. The location was fantastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent - 5 min. to Piazza Duomo and 5min. to Castello Ursino. The host Marco is very kind and hospitable! The flat is nice and cosy, had everything we needed.

Everything ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We Stayed at Patri House for 6 Days in August. Everything Was Clean and Perfect , We Had Everything In the Apartment Like Soap , Toilet paper , 4 Bottles of Water in the fridge etc... Marco The Host was Very Very Friendly and Helpful Thanks Marco ❤️ I Really Appreciated that He Waited For us Because We Had.a 4 hour Delay 😔 There was Many things to do and there was a lot of Restaurants, Bars , Shop's Etc... Just 5 minutes Walk From the Apartment. I Give This Apartment a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ i Recomnd ❤️

It is the best place to stay in Catania! 2 minutes to the center piazza Duomo, lots of restaurants, 2 minutes to bus station with connection to the airport and railway station. Very comfortable apartment, fully equiped and quiet. Everything is as you see in the pictures in Booking. And Marco and Ana - the best hosts we have seen! They are so kind, helpful and hospitable! We had very easy communication and also got very useful information about the places we shouldn't miss and the good places to have dinner. Even when we left they drove us to the airport absolutely free. All these things made our stay really great and unforgetable! Thank you, Marco and Ana, thank you, Carmen!

The noise coming from the nearby restaurants until early morning hours is something to be expected when booking in the middle of the city centre, but it still took us by surprise how loud Catania is at night! Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! :)

The location was pretty good. Close to the main streets of Catania, next to the fish market and many restaurants and cafes. The host helped us with city, activity, beach and restaurant recommendations as well as what we should try from the local food in Catania.

The flat is right in the middle of everything, few steps from the main attractions, the fishmarket, shops, bars and restaurants. Marco and Anna are really nice hosts, made our stay super comfortable. They left us cakes and water in the fridge, gave tips about the city, places, beaches, and also introduced us to Carmen, who drove us home from Taormina after a concert in the middle of the night, and brougt us to the airport on a great price, very recommended! The apartment is perfectly equipped. Late check-out was allowed, and in the afternoon we could left our luggages in Carmen's car till we left to the airport. We traveled with two little kids, but we didn't lack for anything, we couldn't have found better accommodation.

Really great place to base ourselves for a few days in Catania. Very near to the main square and some of the main attractions (eg the castle and the theatre), also had a bar right nearby but not close enough to be loud. Felt very secure as the little group of apartments was gated and locked at night. Wonderful friendly host who gave us all the recommendations!

The place is absolutely amazing. The hosts are so nice and friendly. They have answered all of our questions, gave us recommendations what to visit, where to eat tradition Sicilian food. The apartment is so clean and comfortable, it feels like you are the first person that will be staying there. The locating is just perfect. There are bars, restaurants and everything you need. It is like 5 minutes walking distance from the main square of the city. We are really happy that we choose to stay there and we will definitely go back.

Only the sofa bed in the living room was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, the bedroom bed was perfect.

It was very clean, the host very kind, recommmended us trips, where to eat, things to see, arranged us pick up from airport....definitelly recommand it!
