The property was ok, but the rate was quite high due to Milan Design Week. But so was all other hotels and apartments in Milan.

Good location, great hostess, the breakfast was not included but we got free pastry, fruit and coffee from the hostess every morning. Overall - good stay. We also had a great view from the balcony.

Wi-fi works rather weakly in the far room, but this is not a big problem in times of good mobile roaming :)

An excellent option for the money. The room was perfectly clean and was cleaned every day! Great friendly staff, they treated us to croissants and even gave us some when checking out for the road :) It is clear that the staff and management are trying to do everything to make the hotel guests as comfortable as possible.

No kettle or cups where we can drink coffee or tea. Not soundproof enough. The location is a bit far from the centre and it doesn't look like a hotel it's more like a flat.

The lady boss is very friendly. Our room was triple and shared bathroom, i was a bit worried of the cleanliness but it was clean😊 though it needs to have a floor mat or towel, as you could easily fall over or lose balance after showering. I also like the balcony where you enjoy street view. This accomodation I recommend for those only staying for a night.

We mistakenly picked a room with shared bathroom so when you pick hotels you need to make sure bathroom attachments and included But otherwise it is good for Milan prices

Location is super convenient to buses, staff the wife and husband so generous and honest the lady is so nice helped us a lot for directions and she was so kind with us So safe area

There was a loud family in the hotel. But, the receptionist gave us a room that was not near them. So we were actually quite unbothered by them.

Checked in late in the evening. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. He gave us clear instructions on how the hotel operates. The room was also pleasantly/surprisingly big and comfortable.

There was not ac and the weather was overly hot so it didn’t feel so comfortable. Other than this, everything was very good

I liked how Angela was nice and friendly with us. We kept out luggage for a day and she refused to take money. She also offered free cake and coffee which was a very sweet gesture. I would recommend the place to whoever want a peaceful stay

The walls are a little thin

The front desk person was the sweetest! The person who cleaned every day was always smiling. This was some of the best hospitality we have ever experienced. I have always been afraid of hostels for the shared bathroom issue but this made me unafraid. The bathrooms were aways clean and avaliable. Never an issue.

No sound proofing material. You can easily hear noises from outside.

There was no air conditioner in the room so we had to open the window and mosquitos bited us :( The room was old fashioned and too small for two people

Nothing.

Great location, staff were very lovely, bed was comfy, bathrooms were shared but looked brand new, sink in the room, balcony with a decent view, places to eat nearby, en extra pillow available, plenty of room for luggage. Coffee and snacks in the morning. I really can’t fault it aside from being noise but that’s city life and we don’t mind at all!
