Bed and pillows were really very uncomfortable. This was the only negative thing during whole 3 days.

Location is really great, clean and tidy room welcomed us and all staying period it continued. Breakfast was not good and not bad, includes croissants and some hams and honey with drinks.

The metro is nearby, so it's easy to get to the sights. The Vatican is within walking distance. The service staff was very nice. Breakfast was served in the room at the time agreed. Coffee and tea can be made in the room, there is always coffee and tea available. The room was cleaned every day. It was very good. Thank you!

It was near the metro and walking distance to the Vatican. It was also near Jollibee. It’s in the heart of the city.

* Room is very good and cute. * Free breakfast, drinks and others food in tje room is a big plus plus plus * The service guy Marlon was so helpfull and kept the room super clean. * very nice location as metro is just outside and vatican is just few blocks. * You can take bus from airport and drop near the area.

The break fast. I mean ... It was not bad itself and I understand that the B&B has to limit their costs... but when you can just go in any nearby cafe' and have really a nice Italian breakfast, we did not want to compromise with something that was just so and so. After the 1st day we decided to not get the breakfast from the B&B , In the end the food is part of the of the "experience" of being in another place...

Location is perfect, it is right at the subway station and it is possible to reach Vaticano city by foot. Also the area was not very crowded and it was possible to park the car on the side of the road not so far from the B&B. I would definitely come back in the same area if I'm coming back to Rome

I booked a double bed room and got a 1 bed room at arrival. Provided accommodation should match what was requested through Booking.com.

Breakfast presentation was great, food was delicious. Nice touch having cold water inside the room and a mini fridge.

Location was good close to Vatican and metro station staff very friendly breakfast was nice (croissants, yoghurt cheeses And ham sandwiches and coffees of choice ) pillows were good showers were good all was clean Mini fridge with free water and soft drinks Coffee machine and kettle Lovely surprise of petals and a bottle of Brut on our last night as I said it was our anniversary.

The staff in the morning started hoovering at 8AM, that was a bit unnecessary and woke us up.

Very good communication before and during our stay. Clean room and facilities and plenty of free things in the mini bar and coffee table. Quiet room and good specially.

I arrived in the evening on my first night, and unfortunately had trouble with the Wifi QR code (different internet). Difficult to read manual password however easily sorted by morning staff.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was inclusive of a smart Tv and free mini bar of soft drinks. Morning breakfast is delivered to your room, fresh and of a range of delights, as well as mini-fridge drinks topped up. As a B&B, the morning staff are incredibly helpful, and around until 12ish, where after they are still easily contactable via WhatsApp. QR codes available to make life easy on your arrival. Would recommend staying with this nice accommodation again which is conveniently located next to a main line train station.

I didn’t like the lift because is just for two people and the apartment is in the fifty floor. Also, the breakfast in the room, even with a delicious breakfast, because the room is not that big so I didn’t like but some people like reservation and all this stuff.

Everything was working really well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room is well-cleaned every single day. The localization is awesome because is beside the metro station and 5 minutes to Vatican City.

Apartment size is small if you traveling with kids.

Nice clean apartment. Excellent staff. Angelica was very helpful and helped us in planning our trip. Very close to the Vatican (15-20 mins walk). 100 metres to the closest metro station which will get you to all the major attractions.
