If it is possible I would give Anais even more than 10; the apartment is a jewel with all comforts located in a wonderful position in Via Etnea, from where it is easy to reach all principal monuments and attractions. But what makes Anais even more special is the attention and the care that is given to the guests by the staff: Sicilian hospitality at the top level. Thanks Giusy for everything.

This property fitted all our requirements, it accommodates 5 adult’s perfectly. The decor is lovely and it’s spotlessly clean. The staff were so kind and helpful. Location couldn’t be better.

The apartment was so beautiful, spacious and central. Claudia was so helpful, making reservations for us etc. they also left the apartment stocked with food and beverages (eggs, cereal, bread, treats, yogurts, milk, water, wine, aperol)- much better stocked than my fridge at home :) I don't think I've stayed in a more beautiful apartment.

Loved it all

Amazing apartment in a great location. The ease of checking in and out was straight forward. The apartment was fully stocked and clean and they even sent a cake and bottle of champagne for my birthday. The team were always on hand to answer and questions via whatsapp or call and gave plenty of tips for restuarants and things to do. Felt like living in luxury!

Etna street is the Main Street for shopping and eating so it was a bit louder than expected for sleeping even with the double panes windows but the back bedroom was very nice and quiet! we were VERY jet lagged so sensitive to anything.

The hosts went out of their way to make us comfortable. So much food and amenities!! Even provided maps and dinner suggestions. wished we could have stayed a bit longer. Apartment was BEAUTIFUL!

Everything about the property, location, comfort, cleanliness and staff. We were personally greeted by the host and that felt very welcoming. As many people mentioned in the comments, the host provided the plenty of snacks, beverages even a surprise gift. They also brought a gluten free bread.

Wonderful apartment. Very spacious and clean, with a fully-stocked pantry, and built-in sauna. The hosts were very responsive and understanding. Since there was no new guest on the day we checked out, they kindly granted us a late check out.
