We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The place is absolutely perfect! Everything was beautiful and clean, and the entire resort is so big and full of facilities that we didn't feel the need to even travel outside. The staff was very nice and attended to everything we needed. They made us feel like we were the only guests at the hotel. I highly recommend it!! The best stay we ever had!

ItalyOur room was ridiculously hot and we had to keep windows open all night as the staff were unable to affect any temperature change. Despite me booking the highest category room for extra space our friends who booked a lower category and paid less, had a bigger room which I found very odd. The grounds were tired, building work was ongoing, outdoors could do with a facelift. The reception is ridiculously hard to find if you come in from the road nearest the beach - very poorly signed.. They are charging 5 star prices but the service and quality is tired and definitely nearer a 4 star - I know we're out of season but that should be no excuse or should be reflected in a lower price..
Room was clean and well furnished. Food in the restaurant was very nice. Due to the poor choice of hotels locally this is definitely the best in the area..

UkraineFar from the see. Hotel does not have the own beach, and propose 3 beaches on choose. Necessary to reserve the beds in advance, 1 or 2 days before. On the first day we were not able to obtain the place on the nearest beach, and we had to go 30 min by car.
Everything except of long distance from the sea and absence of the own beach.
