It was not clear from the website, that the spa area (except for the pool) would be only accessible without clothes, which was a bummer.

The rooms have been designed in a really modern way, which made us feel directly at home and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were perfect for the money spent.

The receptionist is not present for a whole day, you can reach someone on the phone. Superior room is small and all in one - hall, bathroom, bedroom. Only door to the toilet, the rest is opened incl. the shower. Cool design but too minimalistic and inconvenient. Missing the details and standard of 4* hotel. If you want to have a coffee or a snack during a day you have to go to Cafe Anett next door which menu is very poor (ice cream, 3 types od desserts, pretzel, baguette). No kettle or capsule coffee machine, no mini bar in the room. No slippers. No room service.

Very kind and professional staff in the restaurant, bar and kitchen. Thank you all of you, the stay was plesant just thanks to you. Delicious dinners. Cleaning service every day. Comfortable bed. Balcony. Good location close to ski area Ratchings Jaufen. Parking for free in front of the hotel. Ski bus stop very close to the hotel.

I’m would prefer to have a separate bathroom, shower combined with room looks stylish but not very convenient.

This hotel remains the best for me in the area, second year in a row we are here. Rooms are renovated, staff is super hospitable, breakfasts are great, but as always cherry on the top is dinner, so half board is a must here. Chef is amazing and surprises you with amazing dishes every day. Great location, a lot of interesting places around.

I loved everything from the location to food, rooms, restaurant, spa. Everything was amazing. We had our 2 dogs with us and the hotel made sure we were comfortable. Totally loved. We will be coming back 100%

Food was exceptionally good, pool was great, staff really friendly, rooms nice and clean and a good size. Friendly place for children. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room. We would recommend this hotel and stay again.

My stay at A'nett was lovely. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the calmness, the luxury of my big room. Special thanks to the wonderful staff. They were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. We had booked an economic room but upgraded to a large two-roomed suite. Very comfortable! The hotel served a good breakfast and the surroundings were nice and quiet. Very near the autostrada too!

overall an amazing package. The hotel is situated in a beautiful alpine valley, just at the start of the Jaufenpass. The hotel iself has really nice rooms, with comfortable beads! the spa area is equiped with a pool, saunas and steam bath. The breakfast is amazing, with a good choice of food! There is also an amazing restaurant on site, where you can enjoy some real italian pizza.
