You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaGreat apartment in really heart of Pizzo... 2min from main street and restaurants... It's very safe, you have 3 keys to enter the room... Room is very big and so clean... If you want to watch TV there is in room with so many channels... Bathroom is big and also very clean... They give you few towels... You have shower gel and shampoo also... The room is close the reataurants but very quiet and you can relax and sleep... The kitchen is full of products... Croissant, bread, fruit yogurt,different juices... Also from kitchen and room have a nice view... With owner all communication is via WhatsApp and he answer quickly... All recommendations for visit and take this apartment if you are in Pizzo and that part of Calabria

GermanyThe biggest problem was the fact that while the property advertises private parking there was none when we arrived. Of course, the location is very central and private parking is really hard there but I specifically selected the "private parking" filter in booking and feel that this is dishonest advertising. The place is also on the 3rd floor without an elevator - not a problem for us but keep in mind if you have large luggage and a hard time carrying it.
The place is really nice - very modern, has a young vibe to it and lots of small pleasant details. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is great. The common areas are also beautiful and clean. The check-in/check-out process was efficient and convenient.

United KingdomI wish in the future they can have vegetarian milk as option. The breakfast is very very simple.
Loved having a private bathroom/toilet and a shared space in the kitchen if we didn’t want to be in our room. Location was perfect. Check-in is the most efficient I’ve seen! Self- service, very well explained. All the amenities you could think of! Iron, washing machine, kitchen…. Definitely recommended!

All was good, Location is right in the city center. A lot of restaurants and cafe's around. The closest beach is like 7min walk down. Nice church just next to the apartment.

AustriaThe accommodation is in a "zona traffico limitato" and you cannot drive there. There is a free private car park, but it is about a 10-minute walk away. The church bells that rang every few minutes were particularly annoying. A restful sleep was out of the question. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
The accommodation is very central and clean. Communication with the owner worked. The bed was comfortable!

NetherlandsThe wifi was very bad and disconnected every few minutes, the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything happening in other rooms, kitchen utensils were not complete (no cooking knives, chopping boards, etc.), host is responsive but his messages are very aggressive and he did nothing to address my requests.
Pizzo is beautiful and the locals are very friendly, the accommodation was clean.

FinlandMattresses are really really soft, so if you like firm bed, this is not your place. Church bell tower was 5m from my room window and it pouns every hour all night long.
Location is perfect, room and all the spaces were clean and OK condition.
