There’s nothing I didn’t like. But a slight feedback would be to lower the bed light, it was very bright.

The host, Fabio, was one the best hosts I’ve ever came across. He was very attentive and gave amazing recommendations to see Cagliari and even the rest of Sardinia (and some advice/recommendation way before even arriving in Sardinia). His attention to detail is amazing and the breakfast provided was also amazing. The room was exactly as pictured. I loved the details of the original tiles and some original doors. The place looks recently renovated but some of the original doors and tiles were still kept, gave it a unique charm. The amenities were also great and there is an elevator in the building. The location of the building is great as it’s really close to the train station (5-7 minutes of a walk or so) so it allows you to go and come back really easily if you want to do a quick day trip or even to go back to the airport (6 minute train for 1.30 euros). While it’s close to the train station, it’s also close to great restaurants and attractions. The main shopping street is really close and there is a grocery store less than a 5 minute walk. Overall, my stay here was really comfortable and I enjoyed my time here! I recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Cagliari. Grazie mille Fabio!

Our host, Fabio, was very attentive, providing great recommendations to explore the city and surrounding beaches. He was very flexible, and offered a very tasty breakfast. We couldn't have been happier with the room and location (very close to city, train station and bus station). Very really enjoyed our holiday and would thoroughly recommend this B&B.

Our very best experience with Fabio started even before our arrival. He explained us which train to take and how to get to his place. After arrival it was even better. Fabio helped us to plan the trips, recommended interesting places and good restaurants to visit. He even helped us to choose good car rental company. Accomodation was always very clean and breakfast were very tasty. Fabio is man with good heart, we really recommend to stay in his place :)

B&B is located in a great location-walking distance from the train station and the city centre. Fabio really went out of his way to make sure everything was to our pleasing and talked us through all the best tourist spots and restaurants to visit upon arrival, which was really appreciated. Fabio also made breakfast according to our requests and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. Would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Cagliari.

Good but sober rooms, comfortable beds. Bathroom is good and clean. Fabio, the host, is very friendly and gives a lot of explantion about the town and vicinity. He provides an excellent breakfast according to your wishes (fresh fruit, fresh bread,...). Very nice building, a renovated old palazzo, and only five minutes walk from the old town and restaurants. Wifi is very good.

The b&b is fantastic. Location could not be better, literally 5 minutes from the train station to take the train for the airport, yet in a quiet street without noise so you sleep very well, but also literally 5 minutes walk for the centre and corso Emanuele where you have lots of restaurants, and close to everything to visit in the centre. The b&b itself is beautiful, clean, and has been renovated with modern bathroom. My bedroom exactly looked like the photos and was pretty big, with an ensuite bathroom that had a fantastic shower. The owner is very nice and he waited for me and offered a drink and biscuits on arrival, and then took the time to show me all relevant attractions to visit on the map. Every morning he prepared a substantial and excellent breakfast for me. This was just fantastic!

The biggest thank you to Fabio, who really is one of the kindest hosts we have had the privilege to meet. Nothing was too much trouble, he made sure we were well informed about everything during our stay from restaurant recommendations to train schedules. We loved our chats with him and the other guests over the delicious breakfasts. Our room was spacious, spotless and full of light. The location is excellent for seeing the tops sights by foot and restaurants a plenty, all walking distance . It is a prefect place to stay and we would thoroughly recommend it.

Fabio was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast included. The BnB has a handful of rooms and felt like you were in a homely place, but also have your own space and privacy. The room was large and comfortable. Great bathroom. Very good central location too. Would highly recommend.

Sometimes you have to wave your hands in the shower or motion sensor or rather non-sensor will turn off the light. Amusing though.

Fabio was really accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier and also arranging an early breakfast so that I could catch the train. He gave me good tips about Cagliari and we also had a good conversation about the state of the world. The apartment is special in that the climate control covers the whole area, not just the bedrooms. This makes it more comfortable when it's very hot or cold. Furnishings were modern and elegant. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from the train and bus terminals. There are many good eateries in the neighbourhood. And nightlife of you're into that. Excellent breakfasts are served.

Everything was truly amazing, starting with Fabio, who was the perfect host and gave us the most incredible tips not only to explore Cagliari but also all Sardegna. He also prepared a really good breakfast, with a selection of Sardinian delicacies. The room was big, clean, well decorated and the bed was really confortable. The location was also great, walking distance from the main spots in Cagliari. It was a perfect stay.

I can't begin to describe how beautiful the interiors are. I think I took pictures of every corner! Vintage elevator, tiles, ceilings, doors, authentic furniture and decorations. I promise you won't forget staying at Fabio's place. It made our stay much more enjoyable. I also want to mention a well equipped and exceptionally clean bathroom, which is always very important to me. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes to the train and bus station and the same for the heart of the city. Plenty of good restaurants. I also haven't met such a great host before, Fabio is very kind, he gave us excellent recommendations for what to see and what to try and where we can find the best gelato, which indeed was the best. Thank you for your hospitality, we're looking forward to come back again.

Great breakfast every morning, exactly on time, so tasty and based on local products with Fabio´s explanation. Ideal location with walking distance from the train station and in the historical city centre. The accomodation passed very cute and beautiful reconstruction including bathroom, which is very well equiped.
