Anna is very organized. She promptly replied to my questions before and during my stay, and also arranged our transport from the airport to the apartment. She is a passionate and warm lady. You won't regret staying in her lovely, cozy place with a GREAT LOCATION. You can walk to any sightseeing spot without taking buses. Restaurants and shopping areas are all in the neighborhood. Anna has waiting for us in the accomodation and she gave us a lots of advice about Palermo.We also have a chance to get an early check in, and we was able to live our luggage for couple of hours after the check out time.She is a VERY GOOD host,highly recommended.The accomodation itself has a great atmosphere (own style) we felt in love from the first minutes. The flat is the best spot in the city to explore Palermo,markets,shops,restaurants are in the doorsteps.Thanks Anna!

It would be nice to have a luggage rack that could be set up to hold a suitcase, preferably in the living room era. This would avoid having to lug a suitcase up the 3 stairs to the bedroom. Note these 3 stairs might surprise the mobility challenged.

I really appreciated that Anna met me at the property and that she is super friendly, helpful, and organized. The place is incredibly cozy and I wish I had stayed longer. Also, Anna’s Place has an elevator which I also really liked.

There was nothing not to like.

Anna was a great host. Met us at the apartment and found us a public parking space at the apartment. The apartment was exceptional with all that you could need. Perfect location in the old town close to bars and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and nice bathroom with great shower. Would use again.

More seating in the living room when the couch was converted to a bed. Storage was limited in kitchen for produce. Requires GPS to find apartment.

Charming apartment with plenty of character. Location was ideal for days of sightseeing. Felt very secure with surroundings. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, compete with supplies. Roomy bathroom with nice shower. Up stairs bedroom unique & comfortable. Anna (hostess)went out of her way to help us find the apartment & parking. She was very thorough in getting our group settled & had wonderful restaurant/city sightseeing suggestions.

Anna's place was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated with art, plants and curios. It even exceeded our expectations from the photos. It was in a brilliant location to access the train and bus stations for day trips out, but was equally convenient to explore Palermo. Anna was very helpful and had provided everything you could need in the apartment. We would thoroughly recommend.

The person on one side of the bed has to beware of the low ceiling when in transit.

Atmospheric Sicilian flat, clean, comfortable bed, sparklingly clean bathroom and in a perfect location for wandering around the evening bars, the restaurants and then the late night squares full of revellers. Anna was a very considerate host and gave us a list of recommended places to eat. We went to a few and all were very good/excellent. All recommendations from other locals were already on the the list. It is gold dust.

Anna’s house in Palermo is a very pleasant surprise in the middle of the historic center which is full of noise and people! It’s one of the most elegant houses with an excellent taste in decoration and Anna- the owner- is a very charming woman who explains everything and wants to make tourists feel at home! I wish I could stay longer there! It is literally IN the center of the city and you can walk around easily!! I would recommend it to anyone who looks for comfort, elegance and safety! Beautiful apartment in a very atmospheric historical house. The apartment has everything you need including heating which is very good for Mediterranean house in winter. Big rooms, beautiful plants, cozy bed and sofa.

The ceiling in bedroom is pretty low but it was not a problem for us. The pictures in the living room were pretty wierd)

The apartment is in the center but in pretty quiet place. It is close to the all sightseeings, we reached all of them walking. We felt safe enough even walking back late at night. AC worked well and gas boiler gave a lot of hot water in bathroom. Rooms were spacious and bright. Mattress and pillows in bedroom were very comfortable. Internet was very good in living room and bedroom. Anna was very welcoming, hospitable and helpful.
