It seems I was the only guest in the B&B during my stay, so the courtyard breakfast was not running. I was a bit disappointed by this as I chose this B&B for this reason. From other reviews it looks lovely! Nevertheless, one of the staff took me to a nearby cafe-bar to get an espresso and croissant which was amazing customer service given the original breakfast was not set up. Also, as in other reviews, the passport photocopy was not properly filed and sat open on the reception desk. I was not concerned after realising I was the only guest staying.

I loved the style of the room - the bed was so comfortable and the mezzanine bathroom was really unique and beautifully decorated. Overall, the room was a fantastic size for me and had everything I needed. The hosts were so attentive, especially when I arrived late on public transport and they did everything to organise me a taxi, direct me and get me safely to the B&B. I really appreciate this, thank you! The area was perfect for my stay, near the porto turistico and a quiet residential area.

I like to rent apartments like this one when I see availability. It is located in an old building and has maybe a 1950s interior, so it feels more Italian than many new fancy apartments. The apartment itself is huge, situated on two floors with a separate entrance. There's a kitchen in the apartment, two queen-size beds on separate floors, and it is very clean. It was easy to check in and out; breakfast was served right in the yard by the entrance by a very friendly lady. Free public parking with a lot of free spots is just across the road. Close to the restaurants and marina. I was happy to find this gem in Licata.

Genuinely nothing!

The room was beautiful and well equipped, the host was very sweet and welcoming and the location was convenient (in the historical center close to the harbour). The hotel is assembled around a beautiful and calm little square and breakfast is served in the middle of it - surrounded by old italian houses. I would definitely recommend a stay there, we had a great time!

One of the most unique room I have ever rented. When I step out of it, I am in the middle of a beautiful little square. My wonderful breakfast was served here as well. It is just a few minutes from the coast and the centre, there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the near.

Exceptional service provided by the owners. The property is kept very authentic, a true experience of staying in an old Sicilian Pallazo. It is Situated on a tiny, pretty Piazzetta, not far from the Centro Storico.

The water in the tap is not drinkable, but there were some small bottles of water in the minifridge. The staff doesn´t speak a very good English (apart of the owner), but you will manage. The owner´s family live in the same building and they have to go past your door (since the room is in the 1st floor) so later in the evening it was a bit noisy.

The location is astonishing: a small square a walk away from the centre and from the harbour. The room is decorated in authentic Sicilian style. The breakfast was very good, the pastries were so soft! Gisela is very helpful and kind.

Dont bring a big luggage, as you have to climb up some pretty steep and tight stairs!
