Just be aware of ticks if you visit the cows with bells, as both our children had ticks from seeing them and important they get removed properly. This is not the fault of the Owner or Property it happens in any cattle or sheep fields.

The host was great. He greeted us with wine and snacks...He even gave us a ride to the port. You can access the property by bus, either from Como Station or the Bellagio port.

The location and views were amazing, and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Highly recommend these apartments, and we will for sure be booking again.

Absolutely delightful stay! The place was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Conveniently located with a bus stop just meters away. The tranquility of the surroundings added to the charm, and the hosts went above and beyond. They arranged airport transportation on a holiday and even drove us to the supermarket. Exceptional hospitality!

Whilst it is not in Bellagio, it is close by but away from the tourist areas so it's very peaceful and quiet. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, even offering to drive us to town. The apartment was very clean and had lots of space and the grounds are so beautiful.

If you do not have a car, it is a bit of a walk into Bellagio and bus service in October was not frequent.

We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed by Paola who offered a drink and gave us an overview of the property and the Lake Como area. We booked a room that was well-equipped with a kitchen, bath and bedroom. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a car and parked right at the property at no additional cost.

It would be better if you had a car as the property is located out of town, however the buses run every hour to and from the main square.

We arrived on the last ferry late in the evening, on contacting Julio, the host, to advice him we were arriving late, he came and picked us up from town, this was just the beginning of what was a wonderful stay . The property has stunning views of the lake and the breakfast was perfect.

Everything....the location was great. We had a car and would drive to San Giovanni, about a three minute drive away. Park the car free all day and get either the ferry (limited times) or road train to Bellagio

The staff were so accomadating! They welcomed us with drinks and snacks, offered to take us into town when the bus failed and then send us off with gifts! The apartment had everything you need to cook with and the quilts were very comfortable and airy even when the night was hot. The bus stop is a 1 min walk from the apartment and comes every hour into bellagio or into como. You are able to walk down through a village (great place to swim) and into town which is so nice and pretty. We debated about staying closer into town but im so glad i didnt as it was so peaceful, great views and very accomodating. Will defo be recommending!

Most everything was fine with our apartment, but the beds weren’t overly comfortable.

Giulio and Paola are exceptional hosts! We were greeted with a free drink and hot snack upon arrival. Paola gave a great deal of very helpful information on Bellagio and was quick to address any questions on the apartment.

The owner and staff were very sweet and understanding. They took us to the supermarket to shop for some groceries as all the supermarkets were far from the city.

We were on the top floor & it was 30+ degrees during the day in August- so the room was quite warm at night. There was a fan provided & with the ceiling window open, it was manageable.

Giulio was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the check-in process was really good. The personal touches and gestures were lovely, such as Paola remembering which drinks we liked for breakfast or noticing it was my partners birthday & offering us Prosecco to celebrate. The view for breakfast was amazing & it is a great location to get into town with plenty to do in Bellagio, including getting the ferry across the lake. The free parking on site was a welcomed addition. The price I felt was very good value too considering the kitchen and bathroom facilities contained in the apartments and the incredible breakfast included!

Airconditioning was the only think we missed a bit - maybe it was too warm while we were there - though there were two free standing fans so it wasnt such a problem.

Great apartment, very friendly hosts. We had a very comfortable stay - getting here by car is easy and there is enough parking. Going by bus to town is possible but the bus is only once an hour. We enjoyed our stay here!

I had the pleasure of staying at Antica Residenza I Ronchi Di Bellagio, and I must say it was a truly fantastic experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The meals provided were exquisite, offering a delightful culinary journey that exceeded my expectations. However, what truly sets this place apart are the breathtaking views it offers. The location provides panoramic vistas that are simply breathtaking, offering a sense of tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere. The staff members were incredibly kind, always ready to assist with a smile and provide helpful information. I wholeheartedly recommend Antica Residenza I Ronchi Di Bellagio to anyone seeking a remarkable getaway. I am already looking forward to returning in the future. :)

Wi-fi. No AC, but with some smart window-management the place was very comfortable.

Beautiful view, good amenities and reasonably well equipped kitchen. Giulio was very helpful when we needed some assistance with finding an auto-mechanic, even called the garage himself. Extremely good welcoming process including a welcome drink and snacks, where we really felt like we can breathe out and relax after arriving.

nothing it was perfect!!

The location was amazing we had the best view from our balcony! The staff were just delightful and super helpful with anything we needed. We were shocked at how kind the service was, we were greeted and shown around and given a map of Bellagio and where’s the best place for things to do and transport. I would 100% stay here again and I have recommended it to all my friends! The apartment had everything we need and the shop wasn’t too far either! Very spacious and we loved staying there x
