No complaints. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed.

Nearest to perfect accommodation ever. So quiet at night I didn't have to use my sound machine. Super comfortable bed, roomy shower, nice view of the town, short walk there, great balcony, delicious breakfast with real coffee, full kitchen in the room. This would be a great place to use as a base for several days.

One of the reasons we chose to return was happy memories of breakfast on the terrace, but now the hotel have opened a bar/cafe and it appears priority is given to people coming to the cafe and we had to sit in a gloomy downstairs room for our breakfast. In my opinion priority should be given to hotel guests rather than cafe customers for tables on the wonderful terrace.

We have stayed in this beautiful hotel before. We returned because we loved staying here so much. The building is ancient and stunning. The distance to the centre of the amazing old town is hardly five minutes away across a wonderful Roman bridge. The hotel rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. Parking is luck of the draw as it’s on a road at the front of the hotel. We haven’t had any concerns parking other than hoping for a free space.

The setting is very beautiful, along the river beside the ancient Roman bridge. The owner Elisabetta is a great host and is also wonderfully kind & helpful. The room was very quiet. It also felt very safe.

We were fortunate to get private parking through the hotel but I believe spaces were limited. In busy times, this may be an issue.

Excellent location just outside old city walls. Staff was very friendly, spoke English and the breakfast was very nice. We would come back again.

Fabulous historical building with nice facilities & lovely outlook across to the old city. Room was spacious with a small balcony which made for pleasant sitting. A kitchen had enough equipment for preparing meals if desired. As well there was a large patio where breakfast was served & could also use for sitting. Breakfast was plentiful with lovely home made yogurt & eggs made at your request. As well as dolci. The people were all lovely & our stay was most enjoyable.

Every thing was great

Beautiful historic building, very close walk down the road into the old town. Very clean. Quiet place Lovely friendly staff & nothing was too much bother. We were on a cycle tour & needed to leave earlier than the 8am breakfast to beat the heat. The owner made us coffee & pastry Sandwich to take with us

Literally nothing.

This beautiful B&B was far and away the best place we stayed at during our entire trip. It was literally steps away from the historic center without being inside the walls. This allowed for a room with a view, a balcony, and windows with screens you could keep open all night listening to the river and birds. The owner and staff are all so wonderful and helpful even when our Italian wasn't very good. The room came equipped with everything one could want. The bed was spectacularly comfortable, with an actual mattress. We got the best sleep there of anywhere we stayed. The breakfast was perfect, in a beautiful spot inside or out, and always more than we could eat. The bathroom was updated, with new tile and shower to comfortably shave with a nice shower head. I can't recommend this place more, we will stay there again when we return, no question! Thank you!!

We had a family room although it was for two and we had lots of space, but it was very barren and sterile in decoration and lighting.

Great location with a view from across the river on a lovely terrace. Super attentive staff, especially at breakfast where it seemed your every whim could be catered for.
