We loved everything!!! We stayed for a weekend with two kids, and had an absolutely managing time! Beautiful hotel, clean well-designed rooms, the best part was a direct access from our room to a fabulous garden with a view on the alps and the best kids’ playground I have ever seen!!

The underground parking was a bit tight.

Nice room with everything that you might need. Big and comfortable bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh. Very helpfull staff. There are free swimming pool, gym, sauna and beautiful terrace. We got free weekly bus tickets on check in, which was very helpfull to get to Ortisei, Balzano and other small towns nearby. Free parking,

We did not use the pool or spa. Our room was very spacious. I loved having a full kitchen and a living room with a large table to place personal items.

There was nothing we missed. Maybe during school time you may have to close the window if you do not want to hear kids.

We liked the free access to pool and wellness. Also the appartement had much of space. The kitchen was minimalist, but there was all you need, even the dishwascher.

I loved everything about this place! The hotel and grounds were very clean and well-kept, as well as all the facilities (pool, sauna, fitness center, etc.). The pool and sauna areas were a larger than expected and didn't feel crowded, even at the busiest parts of the day/evening. The pool and game room kept the kids entertained, and there was a very nice play area in the garden (though more for younger kids). The lounge and patio areas offer comfortable space to enjoy an afternoon drink or an evening with friends/family. Our apartment was well-appointed (kitchen fully equipped, etc) and the perfect size for our family of four (including 15- and 11-year-old sons). The location is simply perfect, with gorgeous views, loads of hiking options directly from town, and excellent connection to other towns by bus. And lastly, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

absolutely stunning location. super pool which the kids loved, and wellness area for the grown ups. apartment size was great, with a separate small bedroom for the kids. recommend getting a room with a balcony / Mountain View. We ordered pizza delivery to the bar area, which is a great relaxing option if you don’t feel like cooking. As is the breakfast basket delivery, if you haven’t had time to make it to the supermarket. Easy bus ride to the seiser alm gondola (or 5 min by car). the whole family was very happy there, and such an awesome part of the world to explore.

Breakfast or at least coffee would be appreciated. They did offer a breakfast basket for a fee.

The entire property was impressive; well maintained, clean, relaxing areas to just hang out. Great for young families with children.

It was a very cosy and pleasant stay for us. The apartment was well equipped. The indoor pool and the playing ground were definitely a plus. It was worth the experience. Very nice staff. Kastelruth is a small town but so nice to walk by.

The appartment was very cosy and practical, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and the massage service available on site. Each appartment gets a locker by the pool which is very convenient. Free parking is available. We also received free tickets for public transport. Having a laundry room was also very useful. There is no breakfast room but you can order breakfast baskets. Good value for money

no restaurant in the Hotel, you need to plan your meals and buy from outside. it’s just sometimes less convenient, but plenty of great restaurants around

Excellent facilities. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna after whole day of skis was superb addition. Ski buss stop few meters away from the place. Staff very friendly. Elevators and trolleys from garage to your floors.

It is a great hotel. Very good location. Apartments are large, well equiped. Sauna and swimming pool perfect after skiing. I can fully recommend this hotel.
