Accommodation was gorgeous & immaculately clean with French doors opening up to a delightful balcony … and there is an elevator in the building - huge plus ! Located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, however, very walkable to the city centre. Gillian was the most wonderful host - so incredibly welcoming, kind and thoughtful. Her recommendations were exceptional - a very memorable stay in Milan !

Great position, close to the Dom, easily reachable by foot. Great terrace, cosy and clean inside space. Very quiet location with a close market, bus station, bars and pizza.

We were met by a wonderful woman, Gillian, who not only accommodated us and had everything, tea, coffee, yogurt, there was a wonderful terrace, the apartment was small but perfect, tidy, the elevator was ancient and it was an unreal charm! Gillian gave us recommendations for dinner, places to see, and then booked us a table at the restaurant! Another day, call us a taxi! The most amazing reviews!!! Amazing place and the most amazing host!

Gillian was a wonderful host. She was friendly and she advised us on where to go and how to get around. The apartment is absolutely lovely, comfy, comfortable, and clean. We loved the extras and enjoyed our beers on the beautiful terrace.

Nothing at all!

Gillian’s bed and breakfast was exceptional. The room was very clean, comfy and felt inviting to come into. She went above and beyond providing us with snacks in the fridge, water and even beer! We got a voucher for breakfast both mornings at a local cafe where the croissants were amazing. Location was great, easy to get the tram, bus or metro all over the city. Gillan gave us great recommendations for things to do and how to get there. The location also felt safe. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Milan!

Gillian is a very nice host. She is so cute and helpful. It was coffe, tea, water, cookies and sweets in the rom. The room is beautiful. The bathroom was fully equipped with soaps. The balcony was beautiful and peaceful. It’s very close to public transport. Gillian called a taxi when I left early in the morning. I travel alone and I felt so safe and comfortable because she was so service minded.

Such a cosy place! Perfect for the one night we were there before we headed off to our next destination. However, would stay here for longer next time. Gillian was so accomodating and gave us amazing recommendations for milan. Such a comfy room. The balcony was so lovely!!

Everything was perfect

The room was so beautiful, I loved the street, the building, the balcony - we had a delicious breakfast out there and loved chilling inside with the doors open, in our case, listening to the rain! Gillian was a fantastic host, she gave us so many recommendations and was just the best! We'd love to return one day.

I am simply in love with this small apartment. Nicely decorated, very central in a nice neighbourhood. And most of all an amazing terrace with little table and chairs to enjoy the open air at any time of the day. The host is simply superb, very helpful, and great at communication.

Gillian is a wonderful host. She answered all our questions promptly and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was in a great location, easy to walk or for public transport to all the important locations in Milan. Though the apartment is in the roof both my wife and I are over six foot tall and the apartment did not feel small to us. If we return to Milan we will definitely try and stay here again. For food I would recommend Cantina di Manuela (local) and Gnocco Frito down by the canals.

Everything was very clean and the owner of the apartment is very kind and helpful! in the room we had our own snacks free of charge as well as water and beer. we liked it very much! it is close to the bus and tram station and the city centre is 20 minutes far away on foot.

Very nicely decorated apartment in a residential neighbourhood. There’s a small terrace attached which makes for a great sunrise view straight from the bed. 20min walk to Duomo and Golden Triangle. Gillian was very warm and helpful :)

The only suggestion is to change the lightbulbs, the light now is a bit blueish and cold.

Very clean, comfortable and cosy apartment with nice terrace and all necessary amenities. Gillian is attentive and helpful host, it was great to communicate with her.
