The location is really good. Just 8 min walk from Laspezia central as mentioned in listing. The studio was same as pics and had everything needed. It was clean and nice. The down lane had good shops and restaurants. Value for money 10/10 The host were very prompt and clear with instructions

As a family of 4, we found that the water heating system was only capable of providing enough hot water for 2-3 short showers. After that, we had to wait at least 30 minutes for the water to heat up again. Parking needs to be booked in advanced, but was able to find parking on the street, use EasyPark to pay in advance.

The highlight of the room was the small balcony, which offered a lovely view of the street and mountains. The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located next to great dining and takeaway options. The staff were helpful and accommodating

The apartment was spacious and it was great to be able to use the washing machine half way through our stay. Good location in La Spezia. We used it as a base to stay while exploring Cinque de Terre. The train station is about a 10min walk away. Lots of restaurants close by.

Bathroom was a little on the small side considering the size of the apartment, but this is to be expected in Europe.

Location was perfect as it was walking distance to the train station, supermarket, restaurants and the main square. Apartment was bigger than expected and perfect for a family of 4 (had 2 large bedrooms, reasonable sized kitchen & dining area and kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay). Apartment was furnished well and very clean. Would highly recommend for stays in La Spezia / Cinque Terrre.

washing macine is difficult to unerstand, as it only have symbols without text, maybe the hold can leave a brief instruction.

location is good (depends on your expectation), it is close to the train station but not too close, like 10 mins walk. lots of street parking space around the block. but when we come back at 8 pm, there were lots of idle people walking around, looks not safely. but the building is nice and quite with lift available. nice and contepmorary decor, well equiped,they even offered an extra bed. large in size, proper 2 bedrooms, washroom is a bit small but clean and nice. nice towel as well. we arrived early than check in time, they helped us deliver our lugguage from reception to the apartment.

Everything. The bed was so comfortable. The sheets smelled so good. It was such a cute apartment and the bathroom was very nice. It was nice to be able to do laundry in the middle of our trip.

Very well positioned (near to the central train station) - this allowed us to quickly move between all Cinque Terre’s cities. We were 4 but the apartment could fit 5, even 6 people. The concierge was extremely nice and helpful (thanks!!!). Well equipped with everything one would need. The AC units worked as expected. Close to restaurants and various other stores (fruits, pharmacy, etc), and only 12 minutes walking distance from the port. Overall, excellent experience that we strongly recommend to anyone who wants to visit La Spezia!

I had to kill 2 cockroaches. Maybe it’s normal for area but just FYI.

I loved the furnishings, the set up, and the balcony. The beds were comfortable. It also had a washing machine for us to use. It was close to train station.
