We enjoyed our stay at Terrazza Belfiore very much. The Bed and Breakfast is perfectly located for exploring the city. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast service is excellent. You can choose from a large variety of options. We also could store our luggage after check-out for a few more hours there. We will certainly stay here again for our next trip to Florence.

It was simply one of the best accomodation that I've ever been in. The owner is very kind and helpful. You can make a choise, what do you want for breakfast. The room was great. Everything you need to stay is there. I would like to come back again.

We were a bit more of a distance from the center of Florence than we expected, which we made work for us. For those who have difficulty walking long distances this may be a problem.

The host was wonderful. He was available to answer any questions we had, was attentive to our needs ( for instance, a TV issue), gave us insights on restaurants and sites, and provided a lovely breakfast.

The B&B is great. IT’s Super clean, the bed is comfortable , the bathroom is nice complete fresh towels. He also has complimentaries like cookies, Tea and water. He also has a water heater in case you need it. you can also deposit your bag after check out for free. And also mr. Gianluca is very very helpful he is one call away.

It was a little tricky to find at first

The room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was great and filling, and we were even able to take some pastries away to snack on later. The location was good and it was an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go. There is a lift too!

The B&B was well managed and clean. The owner Gianluca went above and beyond to make sure our breakfasts were customized to our specific likes. He was also very helpful in providing sightseeing suggestions and also assisted us in reserving guided tours. We hope to return again to the B&B sometime.

We liked everything!

The property has everything you need and more. It’s exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location close to the station and tram. Good WIFI, breakfast and great shower. Gianluca was very helpful.

The host Gianluca, is just wonderful. Goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and are as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is delightful. The room was comfortable and clean, had a small refrigerator, kettle and cups. With the balcony doors open, it was loud with traffic outside, but didn't need to keep them open thanks to air con. The location was an easy walk to everywhere in Florence and an easy walk with luggage from the central station. You don't want to stay anywhere else when staying in Florence!

Our host was amazing, the absolute best. Extremely helpful, kind, warm and considerate. He provided us with all the information we needed to get around, he accommodated us when we had to leave early, before usual breakfast time. The room is extremely clean and comfortable.

Gianluca was very helpful in recommending activities in Florence. He was very accommodating when we required an early check out and provided us with that days breakfast the night before so we would have things to eat on the road. Breakfast was pastries and coffee, perfect for a relaxing start to the day or a quick bite.
