Very thin walls you hear your neighborhoods. Small room. Ala carte breakfast with fixed options.

Very good location, some minute walk from metro station, and not so far from Vatican. Modern furniture.

Honestly, I don’t know where to start. Since our arrival we were warmly greeted by the lady at the front desk who helped us with the check-in procedures and holding our luggage, even if we were extremely early (10:30 in the morning). All the staff members, from the cleaning lady to the owner, were extremely warm and helpful, thing for which we thank them again. The food amenities are very convenient: breakfast in the morning, lunch/ dinner afterwards, snacks if you feel like grabbing a bite, or just drinks, all of very good quality and prices. The room was really nice, modern and clean, as any other area in the hotel. They also helped us with storing our luggage before check-in/ after check-out. The hotel is located in a really nice and quiet area, close to Lepanto metro station and bus stations, making it really easy to go to the centre. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we would like to thank everyone at the hotel again for providing such extraordinary services to make the experience of the guests special. We recommend this place with all our heart and can’t wait to be back!

We found some dirty spots on the curtain (but it’s ok.. not that visible) However the room is close to the street, even if you want to keep the window open, you still have to close the curtain to protect your privacy

Definitely a good value for money! The location is great (by foot 20 mins to piazza di spagna). The room is spacious and you have everything that you need. The staff is very nice and friendly

All was fine!

As we arrived to the hotel, we were served with a glass of prosecco as our luggage was brought into the room by friendly staff. We also got our room upgraded for free. The room itself was quite nice, bed was comfy, and the bathtub and a foot massage machine a nice addition. No complains about outside noise. Breakfast was quite good, you could order multiple items from the menu. On the last day it was possible to leave the luggage in the hotel for couple of hours after checking out.

This seems to be an Italy thing but it’s strange there was no instant coffee or kettle. There weren’t any cups either though you could get one from downstairs easily enough. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great either

Location is excellent, close to Metro station and also close to Vatican city. Rooms have enough space for two, very clean and having a spacious bathroom, all white and clean. Personnel is corteous and proactive, even more, speaking our language was awesome.

The staff were super friendly and kind. The breakfast was very good. It was quiet and great for a good night's sleep. It is in a quiet residential area so that local restaurants are excellent - catering to locals not tourists.

Room very clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is near a metro station; eventually all Rome's important spots are within a 1 hour walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly :)

Everything was superb and exquisite, warm welcome, anything you needed they were happy to help you out. Room was incredible. They can organize transfers, have great site and cuisine recommendations. We will be staying here next time when in Rome.

One stop away from the Vatican. So convenient but not noisy. The size of the room is not small in Rome. Especially the lady and gentleman at the front desk were very friendly.

Great hotel in a superb spot just outside the centre of Rome. Easy access to the centre, the vatican and the Olympic Stadium. Rooms were clean, well equipped, the staff were excellent and the breaskfasts were better than expected.

Some ambient noise but there were English rugby fans staying at hotel but it’s the kind of place where everyone is super aware of and respectful of their surroundings and others so I was not disturbed more than once or twice and for very short intervals.

Unfortunately we could hear our neighbours by room when they were talking, going out etc.

Most of the staff were extremely nice. Couple of young ladies seemed angry all the time and we had to remind them about our orders, but the rest of the employees were fantastic.

Nothing honestly

The breakfast was delicious, tidy, and free from 7:00 am - 10:00 am , There are many options and items such as eggs, croissants, fresh juices, etc., as well as luxurious types of sweets and cakes, in addition to many luxurious types of coffee, tea, and all kinds of drinks. The cafeteria continues to operate from early in the morning until ten in the evening. The staff is courteous and well-behaved, led by the owner of the hostel, the nice employee at the reception and the cafeteria waitress. In fact, the hotel was one of the most wonderful I have seen in terms of treatment, cleanliness and arrangement. They have air-conditioned sessions inside the hostel and others on the side with a heating system, as well as comfortable and quiet outdoor sessions. They were beautiful and enjoyable days in the hotel. Rome is the capital of elegance, sophistication, beauty, history and wonderful monuments and archiological sights.
