Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceWas missing some basics to cook like salt, oil and sugar. It would have been nice to have it.
Very clean and spacious well equipped appartement. The hosts are very friendly. It is well located to go hiking in the mountains by car, there is also public transportation but I did not use it. It is just a few steps from restaurants and shops. I highly recommand it.

BelgiumEverything was better than expected. We were only a bit surprised by one thing : a lot of places are closed and the region is a bit too "asleep" during low season (early may).
Warm welcome by Philipp & Marlena (thank you for the delicious pie!). The appartment is very cosy and the location is the perfect spot to visit the Dolomites area. A very good address!

Czech Republic- no microwave - if you are going to visit the famous trails such as Tre Cime, Cinque Torri or other places around Cortina, you have to count with one hour drive there. Still it is worth it. There are also amazing places closer such as Lago di Braies or Almhütte Plätzwiese.
We absolutely loved our holiday in Olang/Valdaora. + amazing host living upstairs, so you could get advice about your trips or just talk everytime you need. When we had any problem we could tell the host and everything was solved immediately. Thank you very much again! <3 + really delicious apple pie as a welcoming gift for us + large and comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen + perfect garden for children (5 and 2,5 years) - there is trampoline, swing, table tennis, many toys (especially cars), kids can also feed rabbits. There isn't fence around the whole property, but the area is very safe for children. + tourist card - you can free of charge travel with the public transport, visit some museums and also swimming pool in Olang/Valdaora. On a rainy day you can visit with children museum Dolomithos in Innichen (also free of charge with the card), children can dig there for gems in a special sand pit and keep them. =D + central location in Olang/Valdaora - very close to the supermarket, information centre, bakery, bus station, restaurant + parking in front of the building
