Hard to park if you arrive by car or motorbike as the apartment is in the pedestrian only area. "Breakfast" in the nearby bar consists only of ONE coffee and ONE croissant... that's is!

Photos and description can be misleading; they have apartments but they also have rooms. I asked for an apartment and Booking.com confirmed that I reserved an apartment; the cover picture even shows a living room with a dining table. When I called the host on the phone I discovered that I had only reserved a bedroom with double bed. I solved the problem by booking another room, which was out of my estimated budget and quite pricey. Check out was unnecessarily rushed, only a bit, One of the besides lamps was out.

Clean, comfortable and large room in a convenient and central location. Parking the car was not particoularly difficoult given the downtown position. Functional and nice modern forniture.

Not great "social" vibes but fine if you're travelling with someone or happy to be alone and peaceful.

Really clean, big apartment with good facilities in a good location. Wouldn't recommend Piombino in April if you want a place with high energy, but if you're looking for some peace, it's perfect. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful, I didn't see any other staff or guests in the 2 nights I stayed.

Keep in mind, that the central location of the room, while great, results in the fact that it can be loud from people passing by and is continuously lit by the lamps, if you're feeling particularly tired and like to sleep with open windows.

Central location, big bathroom with a great shower. The room overlooked the central square, which is a good thing, especially since this is the main promenade of the city with a large amount of restaurants and pubs, which ends in the beautiful watchtower, with the wonderful view towards Tuscany archipelago islands. Clean and equipped with the necessities.

The dishwasher didn’t work very well and we had to buy our own cleaning supplies which was a bit disappointing.

The facilities were overall good and the room was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans etc

Bu It was a summer evening so we had windows open for fresh air. It overlooks the plaza that has a lot of bright street lights and there was motor scooters and many people milling around till midnight so it was hard to sleep due to the noise levels. That’s the only negative

Didn’t like being in a room with a door joining the apartment next door as you can hear everything and a Matt is needed in the shower as slippy but aside that, large clean room with good location

The apartment is beautiful and modern. Very comfortable and an amazing value for money. The location could not be better! Piombino is a wonderful little port city; an easy stop to catch the ferry to Elba Island and Sardinia.

Very nice place. In the center of town. Located on the streroom was very clean and comfortable. Key collection and room finding - went smoove, thanks to well written text message that i've got in advance from the owner.
