The host lady was so kind and generous. She was enthusiastic about her town's cultural and natural heritage, which was pretty impressive. The property was well managed and comfortable. The view from the terrace was breathtaking.

The owners of this airbnb go out of their way to help and to make you feel at home. The waited for us to arrive and then gave us a tour of the town in their car with a stop off at the local baker's to have some cakes. The were absolutely exceptional.

One has to be aware of the fact that the house is old and the three levels are connected by spiral stairs. For us these were advantages that added to the charm, but maybe not for every one.

The hosts responded quickly to every request and provided detailed tourguide information about the city history, what to do, where to travel. The appartment is charming, captures the environment of older days, well-maintained , equiped and staffed to every small detail. The kitchen was so well stuffed that we ate there breakfast and more. We highly recommend the appartment. It was the highlight of our trip.

This was one of the most memorable stays of our entire trip around Sicily. Our friendly hosts met us as we drove in to the town, and guided us to a place to safely park our car for free (not easy in Erice). They are proud of their beautiful town and gave us a quick driving tour of the town and pointed out places of interest and shared the history of the town. The apartment itself was lovely, quiet, centrally located, with a gorgeous terrace view of the surroundings, and packed with thoughtful amenities. Special and unforgettable!

Those who have some trouble climbing the stairs should take that in consideration before choosing this apartment, but otherwise stairs gives additional charm. The main experience here is not the property, it’s the property owners. They go out of their way to host the guests and they do it exceptionally well. They offer a tour around, help with free parking, fill the property with goods, they even brought us cakes *** after*** we left, noticing that we are celebrating. The property is nice, the small yard is lovely.

Everything!!! The apartment was beautiful and the host was so thoughtful. She left water, wine, beer, fruit, pasta, breakfast options, juice, coffee, tea - exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spacious, lovely and comfortable. Quiet but just around the corner from one of the main streets. The host checked in and wanted to make sure all was satisfactory. She snd her husband also took me on a little tour of Erice to get me oriented. I had a wonderful stay!

The couple who own the apartment go far beyond any other hosts we have had from giving us a preview tour of Erice to fresh fruits from their gardens. They want their guests to feel fully welcome—and we did! You will be so happy that you stayed here. We didn’t want to leave!

Iole and her husband were the perfect hosts. The apartment was superb and they provided an incredible array of food, drinks and fruit, including wine and beer. Perfect stay in a perfect location with perfect hosts. Could not ask for more.

This is a very quaint apartment with wonderful views of the sea. It's extremely comfortable. The owners had made sure it was warm before our arrival. There was plenty of hot water. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and very generously supplied with much more than the basics, including a small bottle of the owners' olive oil to take home. Iole and Giuseppe were very welcoming and gave us loads of information about Erice and its history. I found the spiral staircase a bit tricky but we knew about in advance thanks to an earlier review. As suggested by a previous guest, I left my clothes and suitcase on the ground floor but my husband managed to get his small one up to the bedroom on the top floor.

we loved everything about the property.

The property was lovely. It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. On the top floor there was fantastic terrace that had a fabulous view.The location was in the heart of the city so everything was accessible on foot. The hosts were wonderful people. They helped us getting our car parked then spent the next hour giving us a private tour of the city.

Be mindful that the three levels are connected by a small spiral staircase. Not at all a problem for us but may be for some.

Perfect location! Our lovely hosts assisted us with parking in a free area and gave us some wonderful insights into the history of Erice. We were also given some wonderful dining suggestions. Very much enjoyed the roof terrace for an evening drink.

Very kind and helpful hosts, historic accomodation with a pleasant athmosphere, in the heart of Erice. The parking place was outside the city walls, but easily accessible and safe. I loved the atmosphere of the city in the evening when the crowds of tourists had already left.

Everything was just perfect, we felt like home. The entire family was very kind, Vincenzo picked us up and gave us a very interesting insight of the history of the village and the family house. Apart from the warm welcoming, I especially liked those details that one doesn’t expect like fresh fruits, full fridge with beverages, milk, coffee, cookies, even pasta! Really the most complete service I can remember.
