Good value and comfort, at a GREAT LOCATION within a block of Piazza Del Campo. Units are creatively renovated in historic building; only minor negative is that bathroom space was tight. Host Hasam was VERY welcoming and attentive.

The B&B is very very well located, a stone's throw from the square in a building steeped in history. There is a modern elevator to access the second floor. The cleanliness is impeccable and the kindness of Hamza, the manager is exemplary. He helped us to book a taxi, with our luggages … There is no breakfast but a coffee and tea machine available, unlimited bottles of water and even small cakes which is more than enough.

We loved everything about the place!

This place is truly a jewel in Siena! The location is amazing. It is only steps to the main square, where there are many cafes and restaurants. Yet, it is very quiet and cozy in the evening. Hamza, the owner, greeted us upon arrival and insisted on carrying our bags. He escorted us to our stay as he gave us a brief orientation with recommendations to restaurants and things to do in the area. His place is decorated beautifully and we felt very safe and comfortable. It is actually in a building with residents. My husband and I agree that Hamza is one of the nicest people that we have had the pleasure of meeting and his place is fantastic! Palazzo del Papa will not disappoint!!!

The location was awesome, tho it is in Ztl zone Hamza helped us with parking and luggage. The guestrooms share a living space which includes very detailed amenities like coffe machine, a big refrigerator with drinks and snacks. The room was very clean and comfy. We would surely come back if we are in Siena! Thanks !

The location is fantastic. The ambiance is warm, chic and inviting. Hamza is a very gracious, wonderful host. He is prompt, knowledgeable and offered great suggestions regarding parking (nearby), restaurants, etc. Just as an FYI, the reception/refreshment area is a shared space. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the bedrooms are quiet and spacious.

Fantastically located, almost immediately on the main square. Hamza is a star and made us feel so welcome. He went out of his way to tell us about local restaurants and giving us tips. The apartment was very clean.

What a lovely place. Only steps away from the Piazza il Campo. Our Room was spacious with a very comfortable large king sized bed. Not 2 twins pushed together with a giant crease down the center.

It doesn't do any good to complain about the hills but there was nothing else to complain about.

Everything! If we could give the manager, Hamza, a 12, we would, but we are limited to 10/10. He was so kind, gracious,, and infinitely patient with 2 lost, exhausted Americans, He even stayed an hour past closing to guide us through the labyrinth of Sienna, then greeted us warmly and took us to our room to be sure we settled in. The room was extremely clean, sleekly furnished, and very comfortable, with a very stylish bath. But by far the best part was having Hamza to guide us.

Palazzo Del Papa guesthouse is in an excellent location, just steps away from Siena’s Piazza del Campo. Our guest room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our host, Hamza, was friendly and helpful. The guesthouse doesn’t offer breakfast but Hamza gave us several great suggestions of places to visit.

Very friendly host, very central location but not loud, perfect! The room was the size you’d expect in a city hotel, the bathroom narrow—might be uncomfortable for a large person, but fine for small people like us. Comfortable bed.
