Raffaella is such a nice person bringing incredible vibes. She contacted me before my arrival and explained all the important stuff - how to get to the location, what to visit, where you can eat, etc. When you enter the place you will see a wall filled with thank you notes from previous guests - all that is true. The apartment is well-cleaned and equipped for your needs. The host and the apartment add to all the positive impressions of the beautiful city of Milano. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The only two small negative things are the distance from the city centre 25 minutes by metro, and the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor and the windows overlook the courtyard, so sometimes it's a bit noisy.

The mini apartment has everything you need. It was clean and very comfortable. The metro is 5 minute walk so it's well-connected. The owner is friendly, available and attentive to details. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

apartment is located on first floor so it’s quite noisy when anyone that comes into the apartment closes the main entrance door. would not recommend if you have kids or are light sleepers.

We had a wonderful time in Milan and our host was amazing at providing information on things to do and see and places to go to. The apartment is well located: 3 minute walk to a supermarket, 6 minute walk to station Piola on the green metro line. Bus 81 stops right out the front door too. Very secure, quiet. Very comfortable and spacious. Our host provided a selection of breakfast items, such a nice touch! Thank you!

The heating system was really hard to understand but when we got the hang of it there was no problem about it.

It's a really wonderful apartment, good place to stay for couples. The host was great, very flexible and literally helped with EVERYTHING. The apartment is not located in the city centre, but everything important is reachable in maximum half an hour. It's an excellent accomododation and I highly recommend it for everyone!

Raffaella is jut the perfect host. She gave us instructios how to find the appartment, and how to get to the places we wanted to visit. She also suggested places where to eat. The appartment was cosy, clean, well equipped, and comfortable, not far from metro lines. We will come back, if we visit Milano again. Thanks for everything.

A little bit noisy, you can hear every neighbor coming and going.

Raffaella (host) hospitality is next level, very happy :) Location of apartments is good, several hundred meters away from Metro station. If you like walking you can go to the city center on foot :) Comfort apartment, WiFi, kitchen, shower etc. Safe environment, you need to unlock 2 gates before entering apartments.

I think this is definitely a problem with the English translation of the page since no-one else has mentioned it but there isn’t a sofa bed in the living room and another in the bedroom. There also isn’t a separate bedroom. This is definitely a studio flat with just one bed in the bedroom/living room area. The bedroom/living room is also next to the main door for the building so you’ll probably get woken up by people going to work in the morning. But the curtains were dark so we could get back to sleep after.

Raffaella was really friendly and helpful- she answered loads of questions about Milan for us. The pannatone and wine left for us was a lovely touch. It’s in a great location with good transport links and local restaurants and bars. You have to wait a while for the shower to heat up but once it does it’s very good.
