The stairs but other than that it was perfect

Property was well situated on the center of Monterosso, just perfect, rooms were clean and we have all the basic necessities. Both of the rooms were spacious, clean and modern!

Grace was there to meet us when we arrived, very helpful, offered to help with our luggage. It was a perfect spot, the flat was very well maintained, clean and had everything needed was there. Would totally recommend this accommodation.

The stairs! They are very steep & quite scary when carting suitcases, however the Grace helped us on arrival. Otherwise they were fine. Couldn't stay longer!

It was in a great location in the middle of the old town, a cute bar, a nice Italian restaurant & a convenience store literally steps away. The host, Grace, was super communicative, with clear instructions, very helpful and very friendly. The apartment was split into a studio and a 2nd bedroom with an ensuite which, as a family of 3, gave our daughter her own room & space. The main studio room was very spacious, with separate lounge, dining area & a good kitchenette. The bathroom was a good size & has a washing machine & there's a clothes line outside the window. Highly recommend.

It was advertised as a two bedroom apartment, but it was not mentioned that it was actually two different apartments: a studio (with bed, sofa, kitchen and bathroom) and a room (bedroom and bathroom). Each apartment had a separate key. While the hallway connecting the two apartments was short, there was a door to yet another apartment in that hallway; thus, you could not really keep the two doors unlocked.

The location of the apartment was good, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The host provided toiletries and coffee, which was appreciated. The AC worked well, and you could open the windows if you wanted to. We asked for beach towels, which the host provided.

Grace met us upon arrival and was very helpful. Everything you need is at the apartment. The location is amazing, just 2 minutes from the beach, lots of shops, restaurants etc very close. Grace even had some tea bags ready for us (we're from UK) which was a lovely thought.

This not a negative, but do know there are stairs to climb to get to the unit. Carry light and you’ll be ok.

Great location!, an easy walk to beach, to and from public parking and to the rail station. Places to eat are all around. Unit had a stove and fridge.

This place made us feel like we were living the local life! It is walking distance to everything. It was nice to be met at checkin because it would have been a challenge finding the actual place. The apartment has everything that you need which made it nice for us to make our own breakfast each day.

There is no elevator since it is in the old town. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the stair is quite narrow. So better pack your stuffs in small luggage. The twin room is a little bit smaller than what i expected.

Overall decoration is so cute. Full of facilities i.e., kitchen equipments, laundry machine, powerful hair dryer and warm heaters. Also clean and quite. The host is also nice. There is a small convenient store nearby.

The apartment was on the second floor, so carrying our suitcases up the stairs was quite hard, but it was well worth the effort. The apartment did not disappoint.

Grace, was a fantastic host and communicated in advance, giving clear instructions on how to find the apartment. She met us at the agreed time and showed us around the apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly as shown on Booking.com and did not disappoint. The apartment was very well presented and clean. It was in a fantastic location, in the centre of the old town, near restaurants, a short walk from the station, surrounded by breath taking walks and the magnificent sea front. Monterosso la Mare and the other 4 villages in Cinque Terre are served by regular and cheap trains. We also travelled to Portofino easily from Monterosso by train. The apartment was great value for money too. The weather (October 16th-23rd - 24 degrees in the day 20 degrees at night) was perfect and it was not as busy as the summer season. At the end of our stay, Grace met us to collect the keys and to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Only the stairs up to the apartment. Our luggage was heavy and we are not in our 20’s anymore 😂 But Grace carried our luggage right up those stairs for us!

The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the center of the town. Grace our host went above and beyond to help us get to her apartment. Apartment is beautiful, so bright and clean. Excellent value for money. An amazing apartment in a fantastic location. Close to restaurants and bars in the old town. Lovely host who was so helpful. It has everything you need and was super clean and quiet. Will definitely be back.
