The B&B was a fabulous, beautiful old building located right in the heart of the old town. Only 15 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was delicious. The view from our room was stunning!

Be mindful that there are narrow stairs to get to the hotel , so don't bring bulky luggage.

Location is incredible, right in the historic centre. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is huge and varied. They were really nice and helpful to us, very welcoming.

The language may be a barrier for some but there is nothing a translator can’t help with. Also as mentioned in other reviews the stairs maybe an issue for some people. I loved my stay here!

The location and the view was incredible! The breakfast was lovely and the coffee served was superb with a perfect view! I loved my stay at B&B Rivellini. It’s a 10mon walk to the train station and so easy to get there. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore Tropea. The people in this town are so friendly and lovely.

Beware: The stairs up to the B&B are very steep & narrow. The shower has a hand held nozzle but didn’t work very well. There is, as well, a rain shower but I prefer the hand held. Other than that everything else was good.

Breakfast was very plentiful. Pastries, cakes, yoghurt, ham & cheese pastry, coffee, juices. Very good. Angela who served us each morning was very bright & cheery. She was very accommodating on the early morning when we were leaving Tropea & had breakfast waiting for us. Although she doesn’t speak Italian we were able to communicate with google translate. The room was very cosy & very clean but quite small which didn’t bother us. We had a sea view from the bedroom window. Also a beautiful view of the sea from the dining area. Great location. Close to everything.

That it’s not within driving distance to San Francisco, California USA!!!

The staff was exceptionally gracious, warm, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. The rooms and breakfast area were extremely clean with gorgeous views. The location was within the historical center but also close to access the central stairs to the beach. They had umbrellas for guests to use, a washing machine, assisted with dinner reservations and arranging transportation and even offered to drive us to the train station. This was truly an oasis within an already spectacular area of Italy.

Didn’t love the two flights of stairs to climb to get to the front door upon arrival - but nobody would if they too were lugging around a 30kg suitcase with them haha. Seriously, there was not a thing to complain about here.

I loved everything about the property. The staff don’t speak any English and I don’t speak any Italian but we made do and understand each other enough. The breakfast spread was great, many sweets and pastries but also cereal, juice, yoghurt, toast and spreads. Real coffee too! the location is unbeatable, right in the center of the action. I felt very safe there and felt right at home. Unfortunately the weather didn’t permit to see a gorgeous sunset from my bedroom window however the view was still pretty by day. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. I was even able to do a load of washing and use the dryer on my day of check out.

It was a little nosey in the evening with people talking on the streets. It was loud in the morning at 4:50am when the deliveries and garbage trucks came around. There was construction noise that started at 7:30am. They did not have a fan which would have helped with the noise and moisture.

Owner was responsive on WhatsApp which was helpful. We found free parking on white lines about 2 blocks away. Great location in old town. They provided GF options for breakfast upon request. We used a translator app to communicate with the kind ladies in the morning. View towards sunset was nice but it was a little blocked.

The staff at the b&b were absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful and stayed in communication well. The breakfast was absolute perfection. Savory and sweet with homemade salad and tarte. The stay was centrally located with a view of the sea and plenty of great restaurants surrounding Would definitely recommend

Nothing, it was perfect.

Excellent location right in the middle of old Tropea village. The hosts were so such a beautiful friendly and helpful family. Rosina prepared traditional Calabrian breakfast every morning it was fresh and, so beautiful with the most amazing views over the bay. We certainly did not need to eat lunch. Saverio and his younger brother, the hosts sons were on summer holiday and were helping out. he spoke great English and was very informative with the history of Tropea and just being so kind I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Would’ve loved to have a towel change in the 4 nights we were there.

the breakfast was exceptional. every morning we received a salad with tomato, onion, cucumber and mozzarella as well as cold cuts and cheese boards, cereal, a selection of cakes and freshly squeezed juice and coffee. We also opted to have dinner a couple nights on the balcony and watch the sunset which was so beautiful. Also was very handy to have a washing machine and line to hang out our clothes whilst we travelled.

Outstanding service in all respects, very friendly welcome and the host is a wonderful example of Calabrian hospitality and kindness. If you have any question or need just ask, they seemed prepared to accommodate to any request, big or small. They even have parasols and sunscreen we could borrow, and the breakfast was a feast with stunning view. Lovely air con and stunning view from our bedroom too. Could not recommend more.

Very friendly hosts, great service (they even offered us to use the much needed washing machine), great breakfast personally served by the hosts and a clean and cozy apartment with a great view! Rosaria's B&B is located in the heart of Tropea's old town with everything you need and the beach nearby. I would definitely book this B&B again if I come back to Tropea!
