Apartment comfortable, double glazed, and air conditioned; compact lift in the property, Spotless clean, near to the waterfront, restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the railway station. Santa Margherita Ligure a delightful town, wonderful atmosphere just to stroll the foreshore and wander and admire the clever painted colourful facades of the buildings. A well loved, pleasant town in which the residents seem proud of their lovely location and heritage

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was modern, fresh and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and the supermarket, as well as being in the heart of Santa Margherita. Our hosts were so welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant - I can’t praise them enough - beautiful people.

The pillows could be smaller, they were too big/too hard.

We were a family of 4 persons travelling end of Sep. The apartment was easy to find. Hosts were great, welcoming and explained a lot, also provided maps/itineraries. Also flexible for check in and check out. They also rent (extra cost) an indoor garage nearby with key, so much needed in the city. Most importantly, the apartment was clean and had a very good location (3mins walking to city center). For summer, the apt also has AC.

This 2-bedroom apt was spectacular. The host was very helpful and kind. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was very close to the town and waterfront area. We only stayed one night but wished we could spend more time in this apt. . This 2b 2b was on the second floor. If needed there was an elevator to use for luggage.

Immaculately clean, airy, spacious and had a balcony. It was close to the beach and centre of Santa Margherita Ligure. Maria was incredibly helpful and gracious.

The owner was very nice welcoming and helpful person . She was very nice , she care about every little detail at the apartment , thats why the place was very clean . She even thought about a welcoming great focaccia bread .

Nothing to complain

First and foremost Maria is the most gracious and helpful host. Our car brokedown about 1 km from the apartment when we were arriving and she most generously made two trips to ferry us and our luggage from the place where our car was to the apartment. She welcomed us with warm foccacia and was very helpful with information regarding both Santa Margherita and Portofino which we wanted to visit. She didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated with a nautical theme and was very clean and comfortable. The location is very central and parking is available (at a fee). The apartment is more than adequately furnished including an iron which was very useful. We would highly recommend staying here.

The additional cost for parking was a bit of a surprise. Otherwise everything was great.

Loved that it had AC! We were in Italy for a few weeks and in the middle of a heat wave. The fact that this flat had AC was such a lifesaver. It seemed like a newly remodeled, well appointed / equipped flat that had everything to make our stay comfortable (even coffee for the morning and a washing machine to do laundry!) Location was great too! No complaints.

No toiletries were provided so make sure to bring your own. Everything else was wonderful. The room smelled very strongly of sanitizer when we arrived. Could have been less harsh of a smell but good to know it had been cleaned.

Great location, clean and spacious. Great working A/C units. Comfortable beds. Provided us with lovely welcome focaccia and a local guidebook of recommendations for the area.

The apartment was great for our family of 4 - centrally located, near groceries, cafes/bars, and restaurants, a short walk to the beach, playgrounds, parks, and shops. Our host welcomed us with some wonderful focaccia from a nearby bakery that turned out to be our favorite in town. The air conditioning, wifi, kitchen, TV, and washer all worked well, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. We left behind a beach umbrella and bucket we hope future families could use as well.
