crowded because of the street market right on the street. and it's noisy because of the street market, especially early in the morning (6am) when they came and assemble their carts.

The beds are pretty hard, and the pillows are a little flat.

The Location is superb! Everything you want/need in florence is in good walking distance. The room was nice and clean. Overall super happy with this hotel!

The air conditioning just didn’t reach temperatures we were hoping, but in all fairness it was very hot out. Loud construction outside of unit started around 8am we think. No sleeping in and not the apt. owners fault. Walls could use some more decor as white walls are so stark looking. There was one odd incident when we arrived back to the central lobby (the common access area with two couches that was shown in the images as part of the unit that was not actually). We opened the door and a man was sitting in there all alone and quiet… in the dark. Again not an issue the property management can control. Just interesting people around every corner.

Our stay was fair as was close to train and several landmarks worth seeing. Host was all virtual for check in and check out (not sure that is good or bad at this point). Market was full of vendors looking to harass, but good bargains could be found if you try hard enough.

I think the tax of the city should be included in the price already because it is not very cheap. There is only a welcoming service which doesn't continue for other days (supplying water, cafe, tea...) And they say you can leave your luggage but it is not their responsibility because of the lack of reception. So we had to pay another 40 euro to drop by.

The bathroom was very cool. And the room is very near to the center.

Unfortunately this was the worst bed on my trip - the frame was squeaky and noisy, and the mattress was rock hard (even by Italy standards). Quite noisy too - - even in the back studio - neighbours, other tenants, the markets…

Location great and convenient. Very small space but that is what Florence is like. Staff friendly and responsive on messages. Most facilities seemed new and clean.

The room had no view, but this likely also helped with the quiet, so that is a small thing. The room was very small. There could have been a kettle for tea, as the tea bags were provided.

Centrally located in Florence, close to everything. The room was pleasant, and quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping. The host answered quickly on questions in the app, and we had no trouble finding the place or getting in. The cleaninglady was friendly.

The location is ideal: short 10+ minutes walk from the train station and even shorter walk to every site in the city. The area is quiet at night, a bit to my surprise.

The facilities and the location were excellent, plus the security provided by the codes was reassuring. The video re checking in was very good Staff were most helpful and friendly. The studio unit was light and airy not dark and dingy. Lovely to return to after a days sightseeing.

The sound isolation, both from the window (2nd floor above a busy market) and the other room of guests, with whom you share a thin wall - it's not the most quiet environment so it's worth bringing earplugs.

The location is great, check-in and check-out were quick and easy, in general we had a good experience.
