The noises from outside of the apartment made it a little difficult to sleep at times. In addition, we would have liked the level of cleanliness in the bedroom to have been a little higher and match the perfect levels of cleanliness in the other rooms...

The apartment is cosy and spacious. The bathroom and the kitchen were clean and well-equipped with everything a guest might need. The host is very responsive and friendly, and ensured we had all the info we needed.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly so it was very humid and hard to sleep in the room. For future guests, I recommend that they call the hotel half an hour or so before their arrival and ask them to crank up the ac.

The location was incredible. The apartment was way more spacious than we expected and had everything we could possibly need.

The cistern for the toilet did not work at times and there was no heating. Although it was beginning of April, the temperature drops at night. The kitchen could be better equipped.

Great location. Clear self check in instructions. The apartment itself was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. There was also a good selection of pre-packaged breakfast options along with Coffee capsules. WiFi worked well.

- Apartment is just above the street, so in the morning or afternoon time you can hear car noise - Bedroom is very spacious and nice, but with very small window, so I was missing the daylight (but in hot summer this can be an advantage)

Shower is very poor, the hose didn't fit into the holder so you had try and balance it on an angle to get the water in the right direction.

Great location, just off the busy main street so relatively quiet. only a short walk from the bus drop-off. Spacious apartment, large kitchen. Self check-in, good communication from host.

We made a reservation for three people and the apartment seemed to be made only for two. Above all the biggest issue was the electrical installation which could only support two sockets at a time - every time we plugged something else in, the fuse went out. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work, which was also a problem, as we were visiting off-season and it was quite cold.

A beautifully decorated apartment which was obviously well-kept and cleaned. Amazing location, only a few minutes away from the main street and historic centre. Light breakfast snacks and linen included.

The facility has problems with basic features such as water (the toilet breaks down very easily), and electricity (you cannot use an air conditioner and a TV or even hair drier at the same time). This are the top priority things one needs when arrives.

Location is a plus and also it is very well designed!

- The apartment is fairly dark and seemed like one of those old houses that are difficult to air and dry - so there is a notable odour inside perhaps as a result of humidity, and there are signs of humidity on some of the walls too. Perhaps in the summer it may play to its advantage that it's cool and pleasant but in November not so much.

- Excellent location, 1min walk from the main pedestrian street in Tropea. - Very good communication with the owner throughout and easy self check-in. - Spacious apartment.
