There was a musty smell in the building, not in the apartment itself but in lobby. Shower is rather small, if you you’re bigger size you may struggle to fit in the shower cabin. Electric outlet is a bit too far away from the kettle and coffee machine, power cords barely reach it. extension cord would help a lot.

Best thing about this property was location. The close proximity to all town attractions, stunning view from the balcony. The apartment has also well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, a TV set, coffee maker, fridge and gas cooker.

This apartment is ideal for a short stay of a few nights. It has a convenient location near the city centre and offers a stunning sea view. Ernesto, our host, was exceptional and provided valuable recommendations for top dining and sightseeing spots.

VERY tiny but we expected that going into it based on reviews and pictures. The balcony is rather useless so it did feel a bit claustrophobic but since we were out most of the day it was doable for the price! Be prepared to barely fit in the shower. While it definitely had been cleaned before we got there it was not hotel standard clean. The floors were dirty with hair and other things.

everything was perfect

Not only is the apartment good located just a several minutes from the biggest Taormina attractions, but it is also perfectly equiped and furnished, and has a balcony with the magnificent view even on the rainy day. On top of all, Ernesto the host is very friendly and helpful, giving us a lot of tips for restaurants, parking, etc. We fully recommend it!

Taormina would be a bit difficult to those with mobility issues or with small babies in trolleys. But I saw a few trolleys and barely walking elders so it is doable.

First of all the location is excellent. The apartment is a couple of steps from the main attractions, the bus station, the cable line (check if it is not under maintenance during off-peak season), the stairs down to the beach (excellent exercise) and additionally the view from the balcony is really nice, the wi-fi internet is good and the cooling / heating unit works great. And having Etna in full view in many places within the city was fantastic. Last, but not least, the host was very informative and responded to all my questions / requests within a couple of minutes.

The very good equiped flat is very well located with a beautiful view over the sea and towards the italian mainland. The friendly owner is very helpful and has good knowledge about Taormina. We would definitely stay again here when we are back in Taormina.
