The bed was not comfortable, we found the mattress too hard. Pillows were very thin. The kitchenette is very basic. Apart from a small Italian moka coffee pot and a microwave, there were no appliances. No toaster, no regular coffee machine and no electric kettle (like mentioned in the accommodation description).

The apartment was very clean. Good value for money, but we went there during off season. There is a supermarket just across the road from the apartment building. Short walk to the beach.

We always stay here when in lignano, the Staff is incredibly friendly. We take our large dog with us, which never is a problem. The fee for cleaning after staying with a pet is fair.

Ideal Location Right Infront of supermarket Very neat to pharmacy and doctor clinic if u needed, 5 min walk to reach the pedestrian.. 15 min walk to bella italia village Quite at night Apartment has all what u need, extra towels ,pillows and mattresses if u need.. Ciara in reception is helpful , English speaking.. The housekeeping lady very helpful as well ,speaks German.. Ideal for families.. I will definitely stay there again if i visit lignano sabbiadoro.. Pics sent to me were true in reality..

The appartments have either very thin walls or cheap material. We had the bad luck to have as neighbours a family who fought for few hours until late in the night. The walls could have made a difference but, no. Don't count on getting rest, if you have a light sleep. If you get it, consider it as a bonus. Not the best sensation of cleanliness. App 203.

Well positioned, close to the center Few minutes walk to the beach. Nice and helpful lady at the reception. Well equipped with a fridge and a small kitchenette. Quite spacious bathroom with shower.

Location near the center, main street, department store and beach but in a quiet area. Equipment of the apartment without issues. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and modern apartment. Someone may mind the publicly accessible balcony, we didn't mind this fact

Quiet location near the center, department store Eurospar and beach. Rooms are big and clean, apartment has all what you need. The staff was really nice, friendly to us and especially to our daughter and I would like to thank them very much for that. Everything was great, I highly recommend this apartment. In 2023 I will definitely return again to Lignano Sabbiadoro to this apartment, great choice.

We were allocated an apartment on the ground floor just across the reception which lacked any direct sunlight or view of the surroundings. The front windows were blinded while the bedroom window were towards an unused under construction annex. While this helps with the heat it is getting pretty claustrophobic pretty fast. We couldn't change the apartment even when offered to pay for an upgrade. My feeling was that they took advantage of the no- cancellation type of our booking in order to book an otherwise difficult to book apartment. We wish we were told in advance. Also, the furniture would need a refurbishment and the inner doors need to be fixed as they don't close properly. Parking is scarce and you might need to prepare for a long walk to your car. A reserved space is available in front for your unloading of the car.

The facilities were functional. The bicycles were free. Even though the location of the apartment was next to the reception and main entrance, it was pretty quiet.
