Amazing hotel in a tranquil location close to nearby beaches. The hosts were great, very friendly and accommodating. Super clean large modern rooms with comfortable beds and even orthopedic pillows ( rarely found in hotels) great breakfast cooked a la carte. Jacuzzi in our private garden was an amazing feature we greatly enjoyed. Highly recommended hotel!

The location is really in the middle of nowhere, directly at a main road. Breakfast a bid akward. You definitely need a car!

We had an amazing time in Aqua Sardinia. The owners are so nice and very helpful. They will go an extra mile for the guests. Rooms are cleaned daily, bravo to the staff. Breakfast was lovely, we've tried everything from the menu. Location great between two towns: Budoni and San Teodoro. Many restaurants around with just a few minutes ride. On the doorstep, there is a beach, go-cart and horse riding. Many people complain about noise from the road but it didn't bother us at all. In the city there is much more noise. The swimming pool is great and clean, you can swim 24/7 and you don't have to fight for sun loungers like in big resorts. Overall, I highly recommend it, and I would gladly come back.

Being on the corner of a roundabout and road. Holiday hotel/camp down the road can be noisy.

Small, friendly with the personal touch. Comfortable beds, room to hang/store clothes. Good bathroom with hot water, good sized and excellent shower. Superb toiletries. Fridge in the room that did actually keep food and drinks cold. Veranda with easy access to pool. Good, well catered for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Generally, quiet location with easy access to restaurants.

Rooms are not big but was enough for us. Voice isolation is not good. You can hear cars passing by and people since the area was quite.

Pool area was next to a road. So at busier moments the road is quite loud. Views on one side was nice but other side was just the road.

Beautiful accommodation. Clean and super friendly staff. We had the room with the hot tub which was very nice. Also stayed in a regular room which was equally nice. Pool was good size and clean. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in hotels!

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. We stayed for one night. The complex is adorable with a small pool in the centre. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. The breakfast was homemade and tasty (even fleshly squeezed orange juice). We got information about local food choices when checking in and availed of Italian pizza delivery. Highly recommend!

Sardinia has a new number one place to stay and it is called Aqua Sardinia . Whatever you look for in a home away from home in the most luxurious way possible that is ....you will find in this place . Everything in this place will be at your liking. Excellent bed ,shower,ac,terrace,pool,breakfast ,private parking ,cleaning ,very quiet rooms etc.etc. What stood out most were the owners who will be around all day and evening to wait on you hand and foot . The chef at Aqua Sardinia is called Fabio ...a chef you will not forget after visiting AS.....!

We've had a fantastic time! The hotel recently opened up so everything is brand new. The rooms are spacious, comfy bed, nice bathroom, A/C, TV, minibar - everything you need! Breakfast in the morning is tailor-made and with fresh produce and the staff are some of the friendliest people you'll meet! The hotel has a spacious pool, but the beach is also around the corner. Supermarket 3 minutes down the road, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. 10/10 recommend.

We would not describe it as boutique. It felt like a motel. Ants in the room and signs of damp on the walls. Location poor we like to walk out in the evening had to drive everywhere. No character. Breakfast served in peculiar conservatory and while the omelette was excellent choice very limited.
