the location was easy to find, nice terrace to have breakfast at. view to the harbor. shops, supermarkets close by. would recommend to backpackers or who travels light, without kids ( you have to climb 7-8 stories without an elevator)

The parking costs were extremely high because the discount code did not work for us. Also, the apartment is on the seventh floor without elevator. So think of what you bring upstairs.

Really nicely decorated and spacious apartment with a nice rooftop terrace. You will have everything you need and the location is also perfect to dock es Genova by foot. Our dog also loved it.

As everyone says...the stairs! The stairs are no joke. It made going out to explore unmotivating because you knew you had to climb the stairs again lol. The cameras...which I can tell are purely for security reasons but still a little strange to have one inside (just not used to that where I'm from).

We liked the location of the property, very central to what we required. Two bedrooms was great. A washing machine/dryer. Balcony. Full kitchen and dishwasher. A quirky and interesting place

area near apartments look not very nice and safe, unclean… Not to easy to find entrance to apartments (main entrance to building) 😊 a lot of stairs, but it wasn’t surprise for us …. problems with bathroom door; safety cameras inside apartments and in terrace wasn’t fine; bed linen in wardrobe had bad smell (humidity).

There are a lot of decos and objects, which contribute to the charm, but were a bit dusty, especially the books, which was minor discomfort for my dust allergy.

Location is unbeatable. The apartment is very charming, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable.

The appartment was great. It is very stylish and beutifully decorated. The location is great since you can park your car in the underground parking and go everywere by foot. The terrace was beutifull for night drinks. It is highly recomended

We loved everything about this quirky apartment- it was clean, comfortable and super stylish- a real home from home. The roof terrace had fantastic views too.

For a taller person the roof is rather low in some areas of the house such as the second bedroom and the kitchen, which was a little inconvenient according to my husband who is 1,90m

The apartment is right on the edge of the old town and gives easy access to cafes, restaurants and of course the old town to browse. It’s spacious, well equipped and has air conditioning in every room which is a bonus for an apartment under the roof. The apartment is on the 7th floor which is a bit of a hike since there is no elevator, but it is well worth the effort.

The ONLY critique would be the 7 flights of stairs you have to hike to get to the room. However it was worth the extra effort!

The layout and architectural features of the apartment were unique/interesting yet super comfortable and warm. Loved that there was air conditioning!!!

I didn’t like the eight flight of stairs you had to climb to get there!! if you have lot luggage pick a few things bc you will not want to carry everything up and down the stairs!! I wish there was water waiting for you bc I was dripping sweat!! wish there was an elevator!!

It was our oasis in the heart of Genova!!! A beautifully furnished apartment with a patio overlooking the harbour. The owner Enrico replied immediately and solved the problem when the neighbours appartment had a waterpipe problem (which could have affected the whole building) on a Sunday.

Comfortable and very pleasant apartment and very well located to discover the historical center of the beautiful city of Genova. Beautifully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), spacious bathroom with large shower. The port is very close and there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets right next door, as well as a subway station; this is very convenient to reach the train station and discover the Cinque Terre by train (which is the best). Beautiful terrace with trees and a view of the sea that allows you to relax. Very friendly host, available and receptive. There is no elevator as it is indicated but it is easy to get up with practice and the building has a lot of charm.

We were two families with kids staying here for a city break and had a wonderful time. The location is just great, walking distance from Aquarium, Galata Museum and historical center. But apart from this, the actual time spent in the apartment in the mornings and evenings was great. A lot of details scattered throughout the house to be observed, from pictures and design objects to plants. Then there were books for the kids and us to discover and a bunch of classical board games to have fun with. It is a house where you don't get bored, all these things around you sparkle conversations and imagination.

We loved our staying at this cool apartment! Nice cooling terrace, fast WiFi and great located near the harbor. The stair up to the apartment was a bit of a challenge but worth it.

As others have also said, the stairs. If you have a lot of luggage (like we did) or are only staying for a short time (like we did), this may not be the ideal place. It was exhausting to make it up all 7 flights with the luggage.

The apartment is truly one-of-a-kind. The design and space is super cool! Check-in/check-out were super easy and Enrico was great at communicating with us. The balcony and view towards the harbor was also great! We only stayed one day and were largely just exploring Genova, so didn't spend much time in the apartment. But it was conveniently located to the main parts of the city and wasn't too far from the train station.

1. The countless stairs, better you travel light. 2. Although the apartment was beautiful and had top notch equipment, it all seemed a bit too private to me (like AirBnB sometimes): It felt like invading someone’s home in a way …

Location is very central - if you want to be at Porto Antico. Tasteful interior.
