We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomStaff behind desk were not very helpful. Asked for card as deposit would not take Amex card yet I payed for the hotel on this and it also showed they took Amex on there door as you enter the hotel. Bathroom was small. And no coffee or tea making facilities
The pool was good, and also the restaurant and waiters/bar staff

IrelandSome of the staff not very nice ,on one occasion after my wife and i came back after a long day out we noticed the toilet paper was almost empty my wife went to the reception and was told you need to let us know this before 4pm we were out all day and the cleaners are supose to re stock the toilet paper when cleaning the room we should not have had to ask .also be vefy carefull this hotel has stealth charges you cant leave any of your own products in the fridge or they will 3e per item per day ( the warning card for this charge was hidden behind a bottle of water in the fridge not on the front door of the fridge it was not visible ) also there was 2 bottles of water in the fridge when we got there we tbought complimentry but they werent ,on the card it explains the cost is 3e per bottle .
Very clean hotel and in very good condition.one very good member was the waiter who was doing the resedents bar a really nice guy very help full and friendly didnt get his name

Netherlandsa balcony would be preferable or a seat in the room to relax. A fine when you put own drinks in the mini bar fridge is a serious offence of hospitality.
everything is well maintained. the garden the pool and the room. the staff is friendly. breakfast at the roofline with superb views. I would rate this a 5 star hotel instead.

Beautiful hotel, easily accessible, breathtaking pool area, friendly staff and stylish interior. The restaurant was a tiny expensive albeit the fish were fresh as can be and food quality was good.

RomaniaIt s not a 4 stars hotel, maybe it was în 1900. Everything is old. The staff and management are also stuck back in time. They insisted to make a copy of my credit card. I insisted to make a preautorization for a deposit, to give them cash money for deposit until we live but they refused. It is not normal to make copy of the card, this are personal. Ask for depozit. For the towels from the pool they put me to sign on a small hand writted paper by the lady from the reception that în case I don't give them back I have to pay. We are în 2023, you could give us at check in a card for towels. This is not a hotel for a vacation.

SpainUnfortunately this is an example of how a hotel with a good location and good facilities can be run in such a lousy way. The first thing that has surprised me is the amount of informative and threatening announments that are visible to customers everywhere showing their customer service policies. I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels in my life, and I have never seen anything like it: @ It is advised that the use of the mini bar is for exclusive hotel products and in case of finding something inside they charge 3 euros per item per day ... seriously ???? I do not know how much they charge for the mini bar but it is the first time I have seen something similar in a hotel and on specially on the beach. @ Customers are advised (in a beach hotel) not to hang towels to dry on the balconies. This already seems strange to me, but since they offer to you the hotel towels (threatening again, I only use the pool) i decided to take 4. When I go up to the room I tell them to change them (they were soaked) and they tell me not that I bring them up to the room. I tell him that I cannot hang them on the balcony and they tell me that there is an area in the patio (below) so that I can hang it every day…. Sorry? In a 4 star hotel ???? Taking into account that they also threaten to charge me if I lose the towel (I don't know how to keep an eye on it if it's under my room :)…. I have not seen this in my life. So I let the man know but he does not care so I return the towels back. @ Another warning is that you can not take food from the buffet either, this is funny…. Taking into account that in addition to the COVID measures, more than a buffet it is a nightmare since you have to go with a young lady (by the way not smart) serving you everything you want at a snail's pace and many things gone at 9.30 (fruit, sausages and cake) when the buffet closes at 11.00. I would to remind the hotel that we pay the same every single day.
Good location. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. Quiet and calm.
