Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GermanyThe reception staff exhibited friendliness, although their level of preparedness was occasionally lacking. Acquiring an invoice for my payment became a prolonged process, taking three weeks before it was eventually dispatched. The guidance I received from the administrative center staff was somewhat perplexing and varied, as different individuals suggested different sets of information. While it's nice to observe youthful individuals in the workforce, enhanced training would prove beneficial.
The food was delightful, and I greatly enjoyed both the beach and pool amenities. I appreciated the exclusive use of card payments. The staff members (entertainment) were amiable and skillfully trained.

United KingdomThe staff are obviously over worked and stressed hence why they didn't feel very approachable. An extra pillow or more comfy pillow would be better, bedding and bed felt very budget. They need more staff and better managing. A more indepth and informative schedule as to everything they offer from the aquarobics to the table tennis tournament - all things that we found out about last minute. It's not a luxury resort but it's bloody brilliant for families.
We loved the breakfast. The pools and three beaches are amazing. The staff try their hardest. The general feel of the place is brilliant. The location is amazing for getting out and about.

Germanystaff at the paddle boarding were preferably choosing Italian guests over us and made us wait over an hour for a canoe while other guests were able to ride sooner even though they had some available then acted like they didn’t understand us and it was misunderstanding. the dinner was not enjoyable on most nights and usually cold and tasteless. do not recommend the dinner at the pizza restaurant either. pricey and tasteless.

AustriaEverything was a bit rundown and dated. Room/pools were not cleaned properly. Breakfast was basic and everyday the same. Expensive dinner/drinks compared to the quality. Also, check-in process was very slow and it would have been nice to know the process in advance. You need to leave your car mile away from the resort and then transfer luggage to the van who then takes you to the check-in and after to your room. This took a long time and was not fun with a dog and a small child. There is entertainment every night with very loud music. You can hear everything inside the room so there is no way of sleeping before the music stops. Again, not ideal with a small child. Overall, pretty dissapointed with our stay, which is a shame, since this place has so much potential if well managed.
Great beach front and the nature park is really nice for children. A lot of activities inside the area. Friendly staff.

GermanyRooms could have some mosquito nets so we would be able to open our windows to let the sun shine inside. Unfortunately we kept them closed to avoid insets , and by keeping windows closed, there is a strong smell of the old wood furniture inside the room. Also about the food, could be more local , home made food. But every day there were plenty of fresh fruits!
If you expect this as a 5 star resort where you will only sit and eat and do nothing at the beach, think TWICE. This eco resort is a great experience to be surrounded by nature between mountains and see and contemplate the amazing landscapes while walking through the whole complex discovering every corner full of life this place has to offer. Staff is polite and welcoming even though we don't speak the same language We stayed 5 nights and we wished to stay longer.

United Kingdomwe had to walk around the resort and it was quite hilly. we had a stroller too so was a bit of a task getting around even though they have a bus that goes to certain points every half hour. The buffet food wasn’t that great either but edible. we chose to eat out most of the time though.
we loved the beaches, pools & family facilities.

United KingdomVery inaccessible for wheelchairs, disabled or children’s push chairs. Steps everywhere often have dangerously no rails and no slope/ramp alternatives. Claims to be the worlds best eco resort but single use plastic for sauces at tables instead of glass bottles was disappointing. Wasn’t allowed to refill water bottles from dispensers and forced to buy plastic bottles of water. hardly sustainable. Loungers around pool and beaches were dirty. Most staff hardly spoke any English but were friendly when trying. The steep hills required golf cart rides to get anywhere for disabled and the regular bus (Boboi) was diesel not electric and too big to reach apartments/villas served by narrow roads. Again not very green. The overall price was expensive for what was offered. Buffet food was good quality, but could have offered more waiter serviced restaurants. Information lacking on arrival. no leaflets in rooms explaining services or details of restaurants and facilities on offer. Easier for Italian speaking guests to find out at reception but as mentioned many of their staff spoke little English. Aircon in rooms very loud. Expensive to get to by taxi as 2 hours from Olbia airport and over and hour from Cagliari.
comfortable beds and rooms, cleaned every day. lovely choice of swimming pools. beautiful setting within lush vegetation and great views from verandas. Staff very friendly. Swimming and snorkelling in beautiful rocky beaches very enjoyable. Close to Tivoli and Arbatax shops/market/restaurants (but needing hire car to get to).

SwitzerlandWe had stay in Telis area and the room and bed is Okey connect to other room for my two kids and the cleaning staffs do the beds arrangements and put new towels everyday but I notice the staffs they didn’t clean o not sweeping the floor because I still saw my hairs on the floor for 3 days and also the outside terrace infront of the door room is not clean, they didn’t sweeping as well a lot of dirty not clean. I hope the manager will improve this.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is good , I like all the foods. The WiFi is strong around in the Pool, bar and lobby but they don’t have WiFi connection on the room which is okey for me and for my kids then they can sleep enough. The Hotel own another beach Lodi di orri with Restaurant. it’s beautiful beach so clean and white sand. You can ask on the reception lobby.

FinlandStaff are very friendly and helpful but many of them don’t speak a lot of English. Although it seems the resort is slightly older, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. However the main pool which is used by many families could have a better filter/pump system as the water gets quite dirty mid day. Also typical for a resort, the restaurants are several times more expensive in the resort than restaurants outside.
Before our stay I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The resort is gorgeous and would definitely recommend it! Although the resort is outside the main capital it is worth the distance. The location of the resort is stunning with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and several beach options. In addition, as it’s a natural reserve, the surrounding nature is beautiful with the possibility to see lots of animals. I loved the versatility of the resort, there are several pools and restaurants to choose from which helps during crowded periods. Also I appreciate that there were so many things to do, several options for sports, with different events and music also in the evenings making the atmosphere of the resort very fun and warm. You could easily spend a week at the resort, relaxing and not be bored. The resort is like a small village, and even if it is quite hilly to walk, the distances are not too far and there is the option to take a “safari” type car around from one place to the next.

IrelandFood and coffee could have been better. Place looks like from the 80's. One night they were serving BBQ close to the reception and the GM or owner I think was also there having a proper table with liner, etc. He also got served first with all the best bits all in proper plates, etc while everyone else had paper plates. That was a bit too much and not very nice for all the guests to see. I mean you do do that. You make sure everyone eats and you don't show off like a supreme leader. Would not got there again.
Location of the resort was nice, breakfast, lunch and dinner okay, coffee not very good. Pizza was very good as well as all the staff on this particular restaurant.
