It goes without saying that everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

I was thoroughly impressed with this accommodation—the location, cleanliness, and amenities were outstanding! This is undoubtedly one of the finest places I've had the pleasure of visiting. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport and a mere 5 minutes from the train station leading to Venice, the hotel’s positioning is perfect for travelers. Every part of the hotel is impeccably maintained, from the pristine rooms to the well-kept outdoor areas. The rooms are spacious, featuring balconies, and are remarkably quiet, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything is new and well maintained. Huge bathroom, and clean bedsheets and towels, plus all necesary amenities. The temperature in the room was perfect. We also had a delicious breakfast, which consisted in fresh bakeries, and a delicious coffee. A special mention goes to Mr. Ermanno, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed during our stay. I would rate this place 10 + + + if possible.

Everything was very good.

We loved staying here, everything was very beautiful. We were very happy with the additional breakfast that was included as a bonus. Hotel is at a good location, you can go on foot to nearest train station and from there easily travel directly to Venice. Also, owner Ermanno was very nice and helpful, we didn’t know schedules for the trains, but Ermanno helped with that and he would gladly help with other questions, we are very grateful for that :)

Very nice host who has extremely helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. He even was nice enough to provide me with gluten free options for breakfast for my celiac needs. - Great style around the whole property, Italian design at its best. - Room was spacious and well decorated. Super comfortable beds. Big bathroom. - Efficient climate control system. It's a pleasure to return to a sufficiently cooled down room after a long day under the hot Italian sun. - A 7 minutes walk away from San Trovaso train station, great option for visiting Venice, Treviso, Udine, etc. - Gated parking space right next to the building.

Visiting Venice and around, you may wonder where to find the best location. From our family experience, we can sincerely confirm that Arca Guest House in San Trovaso is the perfect choice! There are multiple reasons for that. Firstly, we have travelled through Italy and around the world and we can honestly admit that Ermanno is an exceptional host and very genuine person of great personal qualities. Not only did he create modern place with a very pleasing architectural feel, but he also built his personal highly professional attitude towards guests. Although we arrived late in the evening, after a long drive, Ermanno was kind to welcome us personally and show all key amenities. Secondly, Arca Guest House has got everything you need. Spacious and quite rooms, which are super clean and tidy, coupled with very comfortable beds. Car parking is provided. On top, a delicious breakfast, prepared by Ermanno, was included in the accommodation price. We could not ask for more :)! Thirdly, Arca Guest House is located within a very convenient distance from Venice. Do not bother finding a place closer to Venice, if you can stay at Arca Guest House, which is about 30 minutes by train, a very comfortable air conditioned journey to the main train station in Venice, Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia. And Arca is just a few minutes by foot from San Trovaso station! Train ticket is cheaper than a full day car parking charge in Venice. It is worth mentioning that Ermanno was kind to allow us to keep our car at his premises even after the check-out until we returned from Venice in the afternoon, what a nice gesture :) Last but not least, Ermanno knows Venice and the surrounding tourist attractions inside out, he was excellent and very helpful in sharing valuable tourist tips, how to get around Venice, what to see, and where to find restaurants with genuine local food, we appreciate it all! We express our sincere gratitude for your warm heart, Ermanno, your place is highly recommended!

The host is polite, professional and kind. He was also happy to wait for us to check in close to midnight with no problems. The room was spacious and clean with a particularly comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless with a beautiful shower and lots of amenities. It’s conveniently close to the airport (around a 20 minute drive) and the breakfast included really high quality food.

If you want dinner nearby, there are very few options indeed. You'd be better off to have a good lunch as main meal somewhere, and just have a snack meal in the room that night. Its off the beaten track for ready meals and bars, but very conveniently located between town and airport.

Terrific, clean very modern accommodation where Ermanno the host was kindness and helpfulness itself! No request too big or small! We were desperate to find some ice which was totally absent in the area, and he found a small stash for us!! Breakfast was substantial and delicious! Bed was the most comfortable in our 7 weeks of European holiday!

Modern, brand new, perfectly clean place, close to Venice and Treviso. The communication was perfect, the breakfast included in the price as well. Near TrenItalia Station, 30-minute to Venice. The host allows to use free parking outside the reservation time. I highly recommend this place!
