It was a great stay but we had to climb quite a few stairs. There is no elevator. We didn't really mind but anyone with mobility issues, would find it difficult.

Great Stay! Great location, close to restaurants, bars, shopping and historical sites. Walking distance to almost everything. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast each morning. Staff were lovely and went over and above to assist us!

Absolutely nothing

You need to stay here!! The facilities are beautiful, lovely tall ceilings and everything is immaculately clean and lovely!! Grazia is absolutely incredible - she went above and beyond helping us, cooking for us, giving us the greatest recommendations!! If you are staying in Cagliari you have to stay here you will absolutely love it!!

access was only via stairs and luggage had to be lugged up 3No. flights of stairs, but unfortunately this is a consequence of the age of the building and very common throughout our travels so cannot be viewed as a negative

The Steps!!

Our host was brilliant, Gracia was informative, gave recommendations for restaurants bars places to go and went above the call of duty, allowing us space to leave luggage and have a shower before returning home. This is a real gem right in the heart of the city few minutes walk of everything you need.

Grazia and her staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful from the time of booking through leaving -- they made the stay such a pleasure, so easy. The breakfast is very good, the beds are super comfortable, the sheets and towels good quality, it is impeccably clean, and there has been a lot of attention to detail. And the location is perfect, in the heart of the old city but still quiet. It was great to have recommendations of places to go, to eat. At the end of my stay Grazia arranged a taxi to take me to another town which was much appreciated.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were met on check in, helped with our bags and given lots of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to go to. The breakfast was lovely each morning and very attentive.

An excellent place to stay in Cagliari. The personnel was super friendly, breakfast was delicious, and everything was clean and functioning. The location is very central and at the same time nice and quiet to sleep well at night.

Grazia, Alessandros mother, is a wonderful and charming host of Arcipelago. She makes your stay absolutely special, wants you to feel at home without being intrusive. The rooms are beautiful, an old palace renovated in modern style, with contemporary design and all comfort you need. Wonderful beds and mattrasses for good sleep, perfect bathroom. The breakfast is absolutely great - not what you normally get and expect in Italy - but due to Grazia's worldwide traveling she understands their guest's needs and their tastes for starting the day. Will definitely come and stay there again!

The only thing that wise of a bit of a problem what is the access to it, having to climb three floors of a very steep stairway, but that is not unusual in Europe. The apartment was a renovation within a very old historical structure. It could, though represent a problem for elderly folks or people with some disability.

what we like the most about the property wise it’s charm and the personal attention we received from the owner. She went above and beyond what we were expecting. Very friendly. Very professional. as far as the decoration and style was a very unique combination of the old and the very modern done with a lot of taste.

Typical Italian older building no elevator. it’s a steep 3 story walk. if you’re in good shape it’s not a problem, but if your have a bad hip or knees it’s a different story.

location is perfect. it’s in the Marina district, great seafood restaurants around each corner, cafes everywhere, the owner is amazing. She makes sure the needs of her guest are taking care of.

everything was nice, only it should be noted that there are many stairs to climb. There is no elevator, so be aware if you have trouble walking.

Grazia is an absolute gem! She understands the true definition of hospitality and communication with her has been very pleasant! The room is located right in the city center and is extremely clean. WiFi works as it should and the airconditioning works amazingly too! Breakfast is served every morning by Grazia and it’s great! Parking is easy. Metropark is basically just around the corner. It is true that you do need to take some steps before reaching the apartment, but that was absolutely no problem for us.
