Clean comfortable room with everything needed , except ability to make a cut of tea, only coffee available. Quiet, friendly and excellent location. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend it for a stay in Rome and would go again myself

Service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was the highlight, a spa and sauna inside the room is the perfect way to recover after a long haul flight. Will not stay anywhere else in Rome for our future trips to come!

Breakfast cost fairly high and quality not as good as previously. Windows sometimes don’t close properly. We needed assistance to do so. Entrance can be confusing but once you are familiar with the process it is easy. There was some construction going on at ground level during the day but was not an issue for us.

Third time staying at property. Very clean, good AC. Quiet as set back from street. Close to all historic sites, taxi and bus stands. Attractive rooms. Property held our main bags for a nominal cost while we took a four day side trip with backpacks, which was very convenient. Staff very nice.

The hotel's location was perfect - within easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. The staff were really friendly & helpful. They recommended restaurants & local dishes for us to try and booked a taxi for our return to the airport, keeping our luggage whilst we had a final morning exploring the city. The hotel was beautifully renovated and the rooms were spacious & clean, the beds were very comfy! The breakfast was delicious, lots of variety & everything was fresh. Highly recommend!

A bit confusing to get in for the first time

Perfect place to stay with a family of 4.. spacious rooms .. beautifully decorated.. has all these amenities needed for a family to stay. Location is ideal if you are visiting Rome for the standard tourist spots.

The room sizes is not what you will expect. In some rooms, the view from the window is terrible. The bathrooms in some rooms is very small.

There is a few things which is really perfect and related to this hotel: 1. Location is the best. All attractions, many cafes are within walking distance. 2. Hotel staff is the best. My respect to reception personnel. 3. Hotel is nicely decorated inside. 4. The security access after 6PM well organized.

There were 2 tiny spiders when we first arrived, but nothing after that. Overall great experience.

Room is a contemporary style room, great decor, and spacious compared to similar European hotels. The location is central to the pantheon, Trevi fountain, the over rated Spanish steps, Vatican, and the colosseum/forum. Right across the street is an old Roman ruin (temple) and the spot where Julius Caesar was assassinated in 44BC.

Genuinely nice helpful receptionists. The hotel was very clean, and they even provided toothpaste and toothbrush in their welcome pack. Great location, 5 minutes from The Patheon and taxi rank across the street. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice for a veggie like me.

We had a room for ‘3’. But it was a sofa that turned into a bed for the 3 bed. It was a 6/10 for comfort. But it was better than other places that had a horrible cot!! I just wish hotels would say what the accommodations were.. I would have gotten an extra room if I had known what the 3 rd bed was

Rooms are starting to show their age and need some maintenance. This was a little disappointing. Staff had no idea we were return customers and for a small hotel this should be a priority.

We have stayed at this property 4 times when in Rome and has always been our go to hotel. Staff were welcoming and we received an upgrade as the room booked was not available on arrival.

We couldn't find fault in any part of our stay

Initially, Matilda was the person we had the first contact with as we arrived and she was simply amazing. Such a delightful personality and couldn't do enough for us. She is a real asset to the business. We had similar experience with all your staff throughout the hotel particularly those on at the breakfast times. The location was excellent and the room was of a high standard. We have already recommended the property to two other couples on our arrival back in Perth.

This hotel was perfect! I was a little worried because I have never been to Rome and there are SO many hotels to choose from but I really paid attention to the reviews on this hotel and I am so glad that I did. We booked the executive suite for my family of 4 and WOW. We had our own private entrance and the room was HUGE! It must have been close to 900 sq feet. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging cars for us and answering our questions. The location of the hotel is superb- it is in the middle of everything and allowed us to spend the 3 days in Rome exclusively on foot. We did not need a car at all as we were able to walk to all major sites and restaurants incredibly easily. If I travel to Rome again I will book this suite again! Thank you!

Not really a negative but their are stairs up to a level where the lift is, so luggage is difficult to haul up and down.

Beautiful room in the Annexe building of this hotel, the actual hotel is a few metres away. Beautiful boutique hotel, room was spacious and modern.
