Nothing, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with an easy walk to all of the major attractions and a stones throw from the main train station and tram stop for the airport. The bed was super comfortable and the room had a smart TV which allowed for a chill out at night after busy days exploring.

Nothing in particular - the fact that there is no full restaurant on premises is more than made up by the abundance of good restaurants and trattoria close by.

Outstandingly friendly and helpful staff, immaculate facilities, about 15 minutes walking distance from main train station, tasty and ample breakfast, for younger people )and older folks who are in good shape) it is walkable to many attractions (know how to use google maps and directions).

Great location away from the busy areas of Florence and still walking distance from main attractions. Less than 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. Comfortable and big bedroom. Friendly staff.

Nothing - great experience!

Modern and spacious room, with good size bathroom. Cleaned daily. Friendly staff who went through places to visit and eat, provided map with distances, times etc. It also had an elevator. Within 15-25min walking distance to all the key spots.

Room is modern and comfortable but it is small. Not a lot of space for suitcases and toiletries.

About a 12 minute walk from SMN train station. We walked everywhere including Ponte Vechio from hotel. The breakfast was reasonably priced at €7. An expresso at a Cafe was€3. Staffed front desk 13 hours a day. Good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Shower is a good size with good water pressure.

It was near to central station just next stop to central station. Room was clean and neat. Only problem was if you are reaching after 8:30pm cannot check in .They do not have baggage storage facility also.

Nothing, it was all fabulous.

Lovely room, everything as described was there. Near the railway station but only 20 minutes walk to the river. Very close to all the monuments. Great breakfast included in our package. Special shout out to Eleanor who spent time sowing us where we were on a map, were the places to visit were and a couple of places to eat.

Very minor negative - Just under 10 mins from the station, and about 20-25 to the city centre which was slightly further

Lots of positives - staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel and surroundings were nice and quiet, the bathroom was good, and the room had a safe / fridge / kettle / etc.

Great location, really helpful staff. Upon arrival the lady at the reception (think her name was Helen?) greeted us and recommended some local restaurants, sites and transport routes around the city. The hotel is within 10 minutes walkof the duomo and around 20 minutes walk from Ponte vechio. The room was a good size for a short stay and the bed was comfy.
