We were staying on the bottom floor and Wi-Fi there wasn’t working as good as on the higher floors.

Location of the apartments was very near the station and you won’t be able to find a better view than terrace on the top floor. View from the room was splendid as well. Hosts provided with every detail on how to check in and how to manage around, they were always online in case we needed anything. Great hospitality

I paid for a ocean view room and I had a basement with no windows no internet because it was underground, dark and so crazy expensive, the worst that I have rented in my life because it was so expensive to get a dark room

Small room, people walking past looking into the room, advertised as ocean view where in fact you needed to stand by the window to have some view. Not value for money. For what was offered for the room it was far to expensive. Constant problems with WiFi. Bed uncomfortable and low to ground. Stairs difficult to manage.

The view from our room was incredible, nice air conditioning, well situated for an easy walk to town and the train station, bit uphill but no stairs.

Tatyana was fantastic! She was very friendly and helpful. She served us a delicious breakfast and aperitifs with drinks in the evening on there beautiful terrace overlooking the marina! A must visit and stay in Manarola!! We will definitely be returning! The view from our room was heavenly!! Quiet location! I would like to say Thank you to Tatyana for making our stay in Manarola more memorable!!

Hotel greet only available for about 3 hours a day. Required a code to unlock door outside those hours and did not received entry details till after checking out. Was frustrating. Had received a what’s app message but from in unknown contact name and got blocked. Given price a person to let you in normal working hours would be reasonable. We arrived at 3 pm. States on site had washing machine but this is not really accessible

A little hard bed for my taste, but my partner liked it.

Loved the place. Stayed here on our honeymoon through Italy. Nice terrace with great view (not often people there, but when there was always very friendly as only five rooms or so at the place). Nice and modern rooms. Tania was very helpful with tips & making us feel welcomed, so thank you. Would definitely come back.

Amazing view and location. Very cozy with a terrace that has plenty of seating arrangements and blankets/pillows. All was done to ensure a comfortable and cozy experience. Highly recommended!

Wifi was poor and couldnt connect on all our devices. The tv wifi was weak and reloaded multiple times. From the station, its basically quite a steep uphill all the way the walk up. It was difficult lugging our luggages up there and I feel this was overlooked by us upon booking. The facilities in the room were not great. The hairdryer didnt work and it seemed like a hassle to get a replacement so we told the staff to forget abt the replacement. The bathroom shower screen was leaking, so if the shower is directed in that direction it will wet the rest of the toilet floor. Therr also isnt a reception or anything so all contact w the staff is via whatsapp. Though the view was great, there was a yellow patio in front of the window and stairs that people use just in front of the window so we were worried abt privacy a little (though people using the stairs could not peer in it still was very loud when people passed by). The place is also not soundproofed at all so whenever people walk or use the stairs or lovk their doors from other rooms it is very audible from our room. We found this to be disruptive especially when we were sleeing at night or in the early morning.

The view from the room was great. The room deco was simple and pretty too. The balcony view is amazing and I recommend making use of that more. Using whatsapp to liaise w the staff was easy and they were responsive.

The view was spectacular along with the facilities. It was impeccable and clean. What took it to the next level was the service and Tatyana was an amazing host and so lovely. She helped from start to finish from checking-in, to where to eat for dinner so late, to checking-out.

Be aware of the offer to bring your bags after your stay back up to the top of the hill. It's a third party service. However, the communication from the property makes it seem like a value add. It's $10/bag. Rip off.

Tatyana, she’s amazing! thank u so much Bella 🤩🤩🤩! she’s really human and care about the guests… to me that’s way more important than the building itself. the building is clean, organize and close to all the good restaurants.
